Had a 3/5 installed earlier this year 3/25 on a brand new f150. Truck has under 2k miles. All off their parts are completed trashed. These are probably the lowest quality steel and paint I have ever seen. Truck hasn’t seen anything but summer roads.

I bought the 4/6 kit and airbags for my 2015 chevy silverado and what a disaster. I bought everything at the end of May and got around to installing it in the middle of August. First issue was one of the airbags had a hole in it. I called them and they said they wouldn't do anything cause it was caused during shipping. So they gave me a part number and website to buy one from. So I got that on but it's an inch shorter than my other airbags. Next I got the kit installed thinking I could at least drive it without the airbags, boy was I wrong. After kit was installed the rear is lower than front about an inch to inch and a half. I called IHC tech support and they said it's normal. So basically they do not want to help. The rear should not be lower than the front. And I should not have to run the airbags all the time. Just to get the truck leved, I had to fill the bags to 50psi just to make the truck level. I would highly go buy another kit from a different company. IHC is only worried about money.

These guys are Great !! I was seriously impressed by the way they honor their warranty, How fast they got back to me, no sooner did I send the email, I received a call from JR. He sent me a email stating what he needed from me (pics of the installed suspension) I sent what he needed and the very next day he sent a email stating my warrantied parts were on their way to me. Now I can get back to cruising my lowered Silverado before the season ends . Thanks Everyone at IHC !! You have a customer for life !!! Bill Westbrook, Michigan.

Put there kit on a 2018 Chevy 1500 and has been awful this is the 2nd set of control arm bushings it’s been through in a year and a half and it needs a third set junk we have ran mcgaughys kits for years with no issues wanted to try something new and regret doing so never again

Unbelievable service! Had an issue with the a control arm, they took care of me that day! Not only through Email but called me to verify some information.. they shipped out a new part next day air for free and I couldn’t be happier with this company! I daily drive my truck in Michigan and have had 0 issues and put well over 80,000 miles on there product! Small issue was resolved and got me going in less than 2 days! 5 star , I’d give 10 if I could

Bought a lowering kit from IHC, received it in two days, had it installed the two more days later... ride quality is a 7/10 but that is most likely my issue not theirs as I have not spent much time adjusting the shocks yet. I am very pleased with the build quality of the lowering system and would 100% use them again. My sole complaint is how clunky and loud the kit is on the truck when driving but I attribute that to it being a performance setup. Highly recommend IHC Suspension!

We had a customer wanting a helper bag system installed on his truck to help with ride quality. Ease of installation and the time it took was better than expected. Ordered the correct kit they told me for my 2022 f150 did not fit properly could not tell me or the installer what was wrong with it with all the pictures and explanations they needed recommended a bunch of different solutions that made things worse coudlnt own up to the problems and give me a proper refund on there part was not impressed
