Hi, my experience here was bad, they provided bad customer service because they gave me my raspa of 3 milks and it was really dry the color was visible but it’s just an illusion on top once the raspa started melting it just started looking super pale literally because it lacked syrup, I told them if they can please add a little more in a polite way and they said ok , but didn’t last very long , but tried to trust so I tried drinking dry again I tried a million ways to see if there was any juice , I told a family member to ask for me since I had to do something, they asked politely,but they said tell her to take out the straw and place it back not all the way maybe it stayed stuck in the ice cream but Ik it’s not that I asked again I even demonstrated different ways how it didn’t show liquid in the straw,they said they would and they didn’t it was all dry. I asked for a marranada and the corn was hard ,So of course I stopped asking for any solution it was a waste of money and time, when all I wanted is to get what I payed for and enjoy it simply isn’t fair since I’ve been a client since I was a teen meaning I would go and do a line outside waiting at the time they had like a little shack/house right next to the stripes building and this is how they served me

Raspas are good but cheese is not the cheese it used to be. It tastes straight from the can or machine.
