Store sign said opens at 10am. I waited over an hour still no one opened store. No sign of employees. This was a Tuesday.

Lane Bryant has good quality clothes for plus size woman. Usually overprice but hey! Only place in town selling for sizes 14+ and over. Terrible
Service yesterday as the store dependent cared more about only 1 particular customer than the others eating in line. “Her customer” as she called her was already paying and kept adding items from blouses and underwear going to select out of the line along with the store cashier or dependant . When asked her to please charge my 1 item.. she said she first needed to take her of her customer. So I left the store as I guess I was not her customer.

I went in to pick up my online order, which had been shipped to the store for free. I opted to exchange one item, but since they didn't have what I wanted in the store, it was able to be ordered online to be shipped to my home for free. Lane Bryant is pricey, but they do have quality products & great sales. One of the two sales ladies present, Erica I believe, was very friendly, personable, & helpful, & I greatly appreciated that.

I went in to get fitted for a bra. I got helped right away and the worker was very friendly and helpful. The worker had a lot of patience and was able to provide different sizes and styles until i was able to make my choice. Thank you.
