Mr. Manny did a great job fixing the transmission and was willing to address other issues that weren’t related to the transmission repair.
I originally came in for a transmission repair, which was completed, but I later discovered the truck had additional issues. Naturally, when something goes wrong after a repair, people assume it was caused by the mechanic. However, it became clear that these were pre-existing problems unrelated to the transmission work.
Even though he wasn't responsible for those issues, Mr. Manny was still willing to help. He’s transparent, provides photos and videos of his work, and goes the extra mile.
I highly recommend him. He does a great job and stands behind his work.
