Best service ever, even on the Saturday after Thanksgiving! Joel Quijada was our salesman and was patient AND LISTENED to what we needed. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and the service. I am ? percent pleased with the customer service I experienced at Mattress Firm in Mission. The manager, Joel Quijada, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful to us in selecting a mattress and adjustable bed frame for my 93 year old mom. He showed genuine concern for her health and well being, and didn’t try to “push” a sale for his own benefit. Because of him, we chose Mattress Firm to make our purchase among the many other sales going on. I definitely recommend this business and give it the highest review possible.

I went to this location in search of a new mattress on July 4. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by Joel and another associate. I sampled several mattresses and settled on the Sealy hybrid posturepedic with an adjustable base. Throughout my store visit, Joel was very kind and professional. He is very knowledgeable in explaining the different features of the mattresses. Delivery was quick. Thanks to Joel and his associate.

Great customer service! We went in there to get information on different mattresses as far as cost, and different comfort options and we were very pleased with the customer service that Joel Quijada provided. He provided great information on all their brands. He took his time to talk to us about all the different options we had and prices. If we had questions, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer them. We had a great experience and we’re excited for our purchase.
