I didn’t catch the woman’s name in plumbing, but my wife was asking her a question about a water hose and the employee brought her a fitting and my wife told her that she wasn’t looking for an adapter. She was looking for a straight water hose. Which the employee turned around muting something that my wife said sounded like a slur. I don’t really care what happens to the lady. I don’t need an apology and I’m not looking for anything from the company or store, but this will be the last time we come to this location.

Kudos to a wonderful staff at McCoy‘s building supplies. Every single staff member that I spoke to was excellent, informative, professional and also super friendly just like my neighbor next-door. Kudos to Roger, kudos to Erica and a super big kudos to Eli their store manager which I had the pleasure of meeting. I’m from Houston Texas and I usually go to Home Depot although McCoys here in Mission, Texas, way surpassed any service I have ever received in any Home Depot. They went above and beyond serving my customer needs. I give McCoys in Mission, Tx. 5 stars of excellence!!!

Rolando made our Christmas! My honey lost his McCoy’s cap he had from 1980s, he’s talked about the memories attached to it for years. Knowing they are not sold, Rolando went out of his way to bring me one he had at home. I was humbled & blessed by his gesture. Thank you!

Great customer service especially from their assistant manager Jesse. He assisted us with items for properties we manage, was quick to respond and followed up consistently. Will be returning soon.
