Went several times this week. Signs says to here to be open. But no one there . Call but no one answers. Hours on web site is different then door on sign. Won't answer thru Facebook.

They never answer the phone. Change hours of operation too often so going in person doesnt help either because you never know if they will be available. They can't even bother to answer through facebook. The girl in the front is not much help in advising custoners. The one time I spoke to the lady in charge she was very nice though.

About 4 weeks ago I sent to order 2 polyester t-shirts, when I was ordering them she wanted to sell me the cotton ones, I replied that I didn't mind waiting the 2 weeks and she told me that they would take a while to arrive. After 2 weeks I called and the girl told me they were still not available.I waited another week and last Friday I called, the lady told me to check my order and she would call me back. Today, Tuesday, I dialed him again and he told me that he was not going to have my t-shirts that would be available until December but that he had the cotton ones that he had offered me at the beginning.I told him that I was going to pick up my money because I had ordered polyester not cotton, when I went to pick it up he wanted to sell me the cotton ones, and I told him I didn't want them, I wanted polyester and he answered meHave you already ordered them?I told him, well, you were supposed to have them ready.and he said to me, then?I just looked at her and didn't answer anything.She turned around and saidOrita I will return your money so you don't go around.I don't finish saying what I was going to say.I felt that she was very rude in the way she answered me. And even more because they had me waiting for the shirts that weren't going to arrive!Terrible service!

Received my shirts today and they are different shades of blue after waiting more than 5 weeks to receive my order ..... What a waste of time so much that they have a contract with the district couldn't do the one job correctly to get the " color correctly the school requested" !

After waiting a month in a half I received my order today and it's 3 different shades of blue ,you had a contract with the school( as per school request it's Royal blue) and you decided to pick your own colors navy blue seriously !!To top it of I'm still missing a shirt that is in "back-order".What a joke ?

I personally went shopping to MCM to look for the right fit shirt for my daughter. They were so nice and allowed her to try on the different brand shirts they carried over her shirt. As a mom I greatly appreciated this! Little ones grow quickly. We love this experience and found the perfect match! Order is done and ready for pick up. First thing I notice is that it was a different brand. I ask if my daughter could try it on. It was super small! I pointed out that wasn’t the brand I ordered and pointed to the spiral where we could clearly see and read that it was Sports Authority brand. They go on to say that brand was out of stock. I asked when will it be back? They continue to inform that they won’t carry it anymore. I asked why wasn’t I called to confirm on the change or if I could come back and try the remaining brands they did have. So sad.

They never pick up the phone and they are slow to process orders. I ordered my son's uniforms 3 weeks ago and still not ready for the 1st day of school.

Bad service the old lady thats working there has bad attitude towards customers gets frustrated right away i think she should retire!!!

With regards to trophies, MCM on Conway should not be in business. I dealt with them for 2-3 years and they have never been able to provide an order on time and without mistakes. Furthermore, the quality of the inscription on trophies has been very poor to say the least. I will now go out of my way not to deal with MCM. I am now dealing with Premier Awards on 10th Street and what a difference. They provide quality workmanship and always on time.

Horrible service! Doors are locked and a mask is required, but they don’t provide any, it’s not mandatory anymore it’s optional… Never again will I give them my business very rude!

They literally have the doors locked and will not open the door if you do not have a mask. The guy literally nodded his head no at me. Uhhh …. We’re in 2022, almost 2023. I don’t think I even own a mask anymore.The other reviews are right, very poor customer service here..

If I could leave zero stars I would. Dealing with this place was the worst experience of my life. I have never been mistreated by a business like this. I believe the owner or manager’s name is Norma. She treated me horribly from the time I spent outside in the sun, sweating, waiting for someone to answer the door (because they won’t unlock it unless you have a mask on) until I was escorted out by her because she didn’t like that I told her she has bad customer service. She said I could call the health officials or leave a bad review on fb so that’s what I’ll do. Please don’t do business here. Read the other reviews. They are true! This lady treats customers poorly. She doesn’t seem to care about good customer service. This business doesn’t even deserve one star.

Very poor customer service! I went in today to pick up an order and the olderly lady was yelling over the phone being rude to a customer! Not to mention the person that charged me was rude, she did not greet at all! place needs some management upgrade. I also asked if I could have a look at the shirts to see if they were going to fit my son and she just threw the bag infront of me and said nothing!! Horrible Customer Service on ALL staff.
