I believe there is a Rosy that works here at this place. She’s a poor excuse of an agent claiming that we cannot have them as insurance because of claims that exceed their amount. I’m sorry, is the money coming out of YOUR pocket? Then don’t even want to offer basic coverage. I will be filing a complaint with the state’s Department of Insurance.

While I was filling out my renters instance paperwork, Katia made the whole process incredibly easy and she was super transparent on what I was going into, and what I was going to get out of the experience. Super friendly staff! I could tell that Katia knew what she was doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would was with Statefarm for more than 10years with no accidents ever my teenage daughters had 2 accidents and they doubled our insurance for a couple of months made us put them in the policy and then cancelled our policy with no notice! I had my cars, house, rv and life insurance with these people no call from their office or anything we are nothing but numbers to them!
