DO NOT recommend! They charge for ANY little thing, do not expect your deposit back when moving out they will deduct if you do not leave the apartment like new. Front ladies always act confused and will not help you out. Maintenance takes a while if you need something fixed. They make it impossible to get a hold of the OWNER of the apartments if you have a complaint.

I'm going on one year here. Though it is on the pricier side, the complex is well maintained, quiet and has a caring management team (compared to most landlords). All of my concerns while living here have been addressed promptly and professionally! Will definitely be looking into renewing my lease here for as long as it is feasible.

To be honest all the recent comments from this website is probably fake people helping getting good reviews . But being a resident for two years I wouldn't recommend living here and if u do live here is just because they look nice BE CAREFUL because once ur in the apartments your bill 💵 will just go higher for crazy reasons .. number one: late fees are ridiculous for 2-3 days late just in case you can't get the money on time because date of checks come in different days of the month u will be charge almost 200-300 dollars . Number two: they require for u to always have an active insurance for the apartment is the policy and in case you take long to pay it they will charge you $50 dollars each rent fee .. number three: u can't have nothing in the front of ur door not even the moop or working shoes if u have a husband that always have work shoes with mud .. they will always make sure to leave a letter of the stuff u can't have.. if u like BBQs u can't now have any barbecue pits ??? besides ur paying almost 1200 dollars of rent & having the apartment insurance ???? Number four: maintenance takes forever and the lady's in the front is always are confused of their job .. probably the only one aware of the stuff is the manager but one person cant help everyone or be there for everyone.. as a person looking for another apartment I can tell you ; you can find something better out there for the same price .. JUST GIVING FACTS as a real person who's dealing at the moment with this complex. Also when ur moving out from ur lease now is a new 2024 rule ; that u need to clean whole apt , not only sweep and mopping and leave it empty I mean clean toilets,showers,blinds,dishwasher,stove and oven, clean mirrors, ceiling fans, clean patio & expect for you to change the vent hood from the stove???? .. practically leave the apartment new for the new resident if not each thing cost $5 to 20 dollars EACH THING will be deductive off ur deposit !!! Enjoy & expect more if u have pets . Thanked god I don't have pets.

If you are searching for an apartment Mission terrace is definitely the place to look. Daniela who work in the leasing office is great to work with! She will be happy to set you up with all the information you need and will be able to make your process of moving in so smooth and quick. She definitely knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend!🩷

Moved in two weeks ago. The complex is well cared for and quiet. Danica and Daniella who work in the leasing office are great to work with! Wonderful amenities. Very happy here!!!

I recently toured Mission Terrace Apartments with Donica and had a good experience. The staff was professional and provided a thorough overview of the property. The apartments and amenities appeared well-maintained. Overall, it's a solid option to consider.

I recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment complex, and I cannot recommend this place enough! Danica was an incredible help throughout the process. She took the time to explain all the amenities included in the apartment, making sure we understood everything it had to offer. Her friendly demeanor and knowledge made us feel truly welcome.

Was moving out due to privacy reasons and had the maintenance guy come and yell at the guys that were moving my stuff out cussing them out and recording them he hit their truck and tried to close the trunk on the guy putting the furniture in, had the old maintenance guy come in whenever he wanted to now there’s this new crazy guy who hits other people’s property’s and cusses out residents don’t recommend!! Office lady is no help either
