“The pharmacist Derek Foster is amazing! I was visiting McAllen and had picked up my scripts in Austin. I had a few questions and randomly picked a Walgreens in my area (sharyland) this man was so helpful and kind. He really took his time and explained things in great detail. He knew I was nervous about some of the meds. After talking to him for serval minutes I felt so much better! I know how over worked pharmaceutical folks are. I can't rate this gentleman high enough! “I had a very good experience at CVS today. I was greeted upon arrival at the pharmacy. “Someone will be with you shortly” and that happened. I probably only waited a couple minutes. The pharmacy associate was very professional and processed my purchase quickly, and I was on my way.”

“I've had nothing short of an excellent experience at this pharmacy. i honestly can't understand why people can be rude regarding medication. There is always 2 sides to a story. If you are going to post a negative review, provide context as to why your medication is late or cannot be filled. It is not the pharmacist or tech's fault that your insurance denied an early refill or the doctor's office is not replying. To treat these people as less than human is just savage. Please people, let's be civilized. I've personally witnessed customers shouting at the top of their lungs, cutting to the front of the line, threatening to beat the workers up without due cause. I am shocked at what these kind employees have to put up with on a daily basis. If you show respect, you will get respect.”

“Evnthough the store is always bombarded by couponers I have never had a problem. On the pharmacy side if I need something and they don't have it they will let me know if not I can transfer it to one that does have it. its not a 24 hour pharmacy but I always find what I am looking for.”

“Went to the store to find medicine for a sty on my eye. If you don’t know what a sty is, it’s a very ugly and uncomfortable bump that forms from heat, dirt, NOT TAKING OUT YOUR CONTACTS (I’m my case). The pharmacist noticed me going through the many different medicines they had and asked if I needed helped. I explained the situation and he gave me a rundown on what each medicine was for and what they are used for. After looking at my eye, he noticed I was in the final stages of the infection and recommended a remedy to finish it off. I’m truly appreciative for his help because honestly I was about to buy everything lol. And not only would that of been overpaying for things I didn’t need, but he explained how mixing some of the medicines could make matters worse. So once thank you to the pharmacist at this CVS. He helped out a lot”
