“The pharmacist Derek Foster is amazing! I was visiting McAllen and had picked up my scripts in Austin. I had a few questions and randomly picked a Walgreens in my area (sharyland) this man was so helpful and kind. He really took his time and explained things in great detail. He knew I was nervous about some of the meds. After talking to him for serval minutes I felt so much better! I know how over worked pharmaceutical folks are. I can't rate this gentleman high enough! “Today at around 7:50am I was doing some shopping at your HEB on N. Conway and 495, and I wanted to use your Rest Room but it was closed for cleaning , the point is that the employee was very Rude with an attitude and refuse to allow me in the Rest Room. Told me to waite 10 min. (Im a 70 year old ). Continue to shop around and after 10 min. decided to go back to use the rest room, but the employee continue with the same attitude , arrogant and inconsiderate. My question to you is: is this necessary ? I Perfectly understand he was doing his job, but as a customer we expect a different way to handle this situation with dignity and Respect. I know I would.”

“So, I love “Smirnoff Preparadas” that’s the only drink I basically buy at these drive thru places and for some reason I ALWAYS had stomach aches, but not this place!!!! I don’t know what they do, but they do it very well!!! I actually enjoy my drink every time!! Plus, I love that it’s family oriented♥️ The owners are humble and their customer service is top notch!
