Went to Postnet on Monday January 31 to mail my son’s W2, to Pittsburg, PA, I did want to pay $60 for next day delivery, so the gentleman said for priority mail he should receive it in 2 to 3 days?, here we are Thursday and my son has not received it, tracking said by FRIDAY!!!! Paid $16.00!!! I want my money back!!!!

The old Lady who I believe is a manager or owner not sure but she is super rude. I take a decently large amount of packages on a daily basis and the other day I sent my daughter to drop the packages off while I waited in the truck. My daughter came back and said the lady said she wouldn’t except three packages because they had the wrong label. After examining the package and label everything seem to be fine so I got down and let the lady know that there shouldn’t have been an issue and she seemed very frustrated and began to make things up and say that I could no longer stack two boxes together and came up with all sorts of craziness that she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She basically told me she was doing me a favor by taking my packages and I told her that’s fine I will go get my Business elsewhere and she rudely said go ahead go somewhere else. Very rude lady. I would stay away, besides you can get better rates by going straight to the post office or UPS or FedEx.

We frequent PostNet in Mission often. Today, my experience was not pleasant, and this business is not disability friendly. When I asked the lady behind the counter to help me she practically threw the FedEx package slips my way and told me she was busy tending to others. I let her know that I was visually impaired and legally blind and needed help filling out the package slips and she totally discard me. Another customer noticed how rude she was and offered to help me. I am a huge advocate for small minority-owned businesses and their success, however, no business in America should treat people with disabilities differently or in a rude manner. Business owners need to understand first-hand who they are serving and that customer service experiences includes ALL people. I am not sure I will ever return to this business again for my mailing needs.

Lady manager is rude and doesn’t care about customer. Post office is cheaper if you want to save money.
