I wish I can take back time and not buy here. I do not recommend this place within 22hrs from purchasing a truck it broke down I took it in so they can check it. See if the “extended warranty” would cover since it had coverage in (Motor,transmission,electrical,a/c,suspension) for two yrs turns out and I was unaware and misinformed you have to wait certain time to pass before it can cover the owner told me that while the employee Diego would say it “should cover” most of the times it does anyways they withhold keys and truck because “I could make the problem bigger” I had to pay 3,800$ to take the truck Diego was nice and friendly like all sales men at the beginning after the truck broke down he showed me true colors they do not care about anyone its just business. I have lost more than 10,000$ because of this. I am in the process of a small claim but like they have repeated multiple times “I’m not winning I am not the first to try”

Their vehicles don’t work properly. Same day I bought it the ac stopped working and í immediately took it back and they said they would fix it but kept it for a week and then said it was fixed. I test drove it with sales man and told him the issue was not fixed and he insisted that the problem was resolved . Vehicle is trash. Don’t buy from here. He even wrote it in the contract that they would fix the problem as soon as “part” arrived and they didn’t fix that either

Salesman only tells you sale price and mileage on vehicles if you go to their place. They are not aware that not everyone is 5 minutes away from them.

Very good treatment, the representative who helped me, Diego, was very friendly and patient with me, I drove several cars until I finally decided. All their cars and trucks are very well equipped and very cool models.

We went there just to ask questions. And the sales rep was Lalo! He is amazing. Didn't make us feel pressured into buying a vehicle. He even explained to us how the process works through a bank. He's a very good sales rep and very patient! My husband and I are thinking about purchasing with them just because we felt comfortable with the rep Lalo. Yes, I agree with one review mentioning you had to personally go and ask for prices, but honestly they don't make you feel pressured into buying. It was a good experience going to just ask for prices. Their prices aren't too outrageous in my honest opinion.

Car in poor condition, damaged engine, they were not responsible yet and the failure occurred the next day of purchase, warranty extended for 2 years and after it was paid, they modified it to one year, unnecessary financing requirements, unnecessary expenses, terrible service personally.After presenting these disagreements, the sellers mockingly offered me a second car for sale.

Messaged asking for a price and mileage and was told I had to physically visit to find out.It's 2022 in the age of internet shopping. Shouldn't be difficult getting basic information. I recommend you get with the times.
