Bad experience with the manager. She was so rude and unreaspectfull. Yell at me when I was trying to pay on the self payment machine. I think she needs training to be a manager.

They have items on clearance and when you go to pay they change the price on you making and excuse. Don’t recommend

Too many things on the floor, too crowded, items in boxes on the floor unstocked had too leave the store not satisfied at all with this visit unfortunately!

Please fix restroom! Only one restroom available, seems like one was locked! I was in line, letting the elderly go before me but line kept getting bigger.. preferred to wait. Please fix/ open the other restroom!

They’re always so rude the manager Josh is very rude and didn’t wanna take the time to correctly set a price on an item I even offered to go get it. He was so rude and has no customer service experience.

This store associates needs to learn the laws . I went shopping and purchased 12 photos frames and checkouts my self. When I went past Was associates the lady was called ma'am she checked my receipt and she seen and she counted my photos frames and make sure I had 12 photos frames on my receipt like I steal something from that cheap store that's is Ross is not like Hermès store and I get more respect from Hermès store than I do Ross. But these associates needs to learn the laws . So, unless a store suspects that a person has committed a crime, they cannot legally force a person exiting a store to present a receipt. Next time I will be recording this Ross Store at this location and I love a good case in court let see if these associates will have a job after I sue the Ross Store for something like this bloody store did. I will also be calling the police department and saying that Ross store associates is asking for a receipt and like i stole something and let have the police department out theirs because I am not playing with theses kinds of associates at this store . So anybody who shopping here you don't have to show your receipt on unless a store suspects that a person has committed a crime, they cannot legally force a person exiting a store to present a receipt.
