Low staff.Came in because I received a letter my savings account was dormant?Because I had not done anything in 1 year?Right, sounds like a way to keep money.I have had a account here for over 25 years. And never received such letter.Now I am here waiting to talk to someone for no reason because they want to steal.Been here 30 min. For no reason.

This is no annoying everytime I have to come make a loan payment there is always a long line, then I think its so ridiculous that you can make a loan payment through the drive thru if you dont an account, Very inconvenient for all of people. What is so wrong with doing someone a favor in making a loan payment....??♀️??♀️

Recently opened up an account with these folks hoping for a more personalized customer service experience since this is what they claim they provide. To my unpleasant surprise they are much worse than the big branch banks. If you ever want to call customer service you are out of luck because they don’t know what customer service is. They act like they are doing you a favor. I specifically asked when opening my account for a checks since I use a few every month. I payed for the checks and was told I would receive them in 5 days. It’s been three weeks and I have not received any checks but have been charged for them on 2 other separate times on my account. I’ve tried calling several times to resolve this and no luck. Hopefully you don’t speak Arat or Arah whatever his name is. He is super rude, will leave you on dead silence for ages and then hang up. I will be closing my accounts ASAP! If your are thinking of opening up an account here. Do yourself a favor and avoid the inconveniences, unpleasant conversations, many frustrating moments, and countless hrs on hold and just don’t.

Great bank to use, easy process to start off building credit with secured loan & small personal loans.Great customer service, quick service for in building and in drive through line.Very helpful workers, can help you set up the account entirely online if you want/need.

I have used the Mission branch for my banking needs for several years. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have belonged to several other credit unions and had bank accounts at other institutions and have to say I am very pleased to be with SFCU and will strongly recommend them to friends and family. The Girls at the Mission Branch are wonderful and it's always a pleasure to go in...

Tried calling the McAllen office - got a recording that told me the wait time was 18 minutes and there were 23 people ahead of me. Either hire more people to answer your customers or I hope you lose them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Went through the drive-thru, was told I could cash my check by getting down. Then I was told we could not once we got down. Idiots, wasting people’s time. Next time let people know, educate your tellers, give them knowledge or tell them to use their brains. Now I have to wait another day. Great job ??
