Service was friendly and relaxing. I got a massage while my feet calluses were removed. Admittedly, because I'm a man I don't get pedis often, but it was pleasurable and needed because I run.

Went in just to get color and the tech started to cut my nails and she cut me really bad. Horrible experience. It hurt really bad and was bleeding. I will never ever go back. Seriously I shouldn't have been charged a cent.

Don’t go here; they will overcharge you. When it comes to customer service, they don’t even deserve one star. Worst experience. It’s Easter. I called and asked for a price for what I wanted. It’s a new place for me, and most are closed. From what the lady said, the price was very fair. I got there; the place was empty, with only one person on a pedi chair. I sit down. The guy starts working on my feet. He said, What are YOU going to want? I said, I want just a basic pedi. He said, Why don’t you do shellac? I said very firmly, No, I’ve gotten it done before; it won’t last. No, thank you. He kept on saying how it was better. You try, and you try. I said no once again he finishes with my overlay. Getting ready to pay, he charges for the shellac. I said, Why? His answer was, I wanted you to try it. No, that’s not what I asked. He gets mad and says, 75. I said, No need for attitude; that’s not the service I wanted. Next time you should think more about your client. Absolutely not fair to overcharge your clients because it’s a slow day Speaks so highly on what kinda business they are running am ok with paying that if that’s what I asked for but don’t think for me never again would I be going please think twice before going here.

I don’t usually complain about things, but I am absolutely disappointed. I go in just for polish and they start cutting my nails and trying to file down my nails shorter than they should be. Even though I had just asked for them to put polish, I did not ask for my nails to be trimmed. I did not ask for my nails to be filed. Now my feet are in pain because of what they did to my nails. To clean my feet, they grabbed a bristle brush and put hand sanitizer on it. They scrubbed so hard my feet are aching. I just got home and I am bleeding around both big toes. I wish that they would just listen to what a customer wants and only do that!

Zero stars. I went in to ask for overlay removal and shellac over my natural nails. The lady that took care of me cut my nails when I didnt ask her to and from there proceeded to remove my overlay with her own dirty fingernails digging into my nail beds. I asked her repeatedly to stop because it was hurting and she refused, stating that she’s almost done. I then asked if she could use the acetone or the drill to remove the overlay and she again refused. She then went on a ripped my nail from the force she was using to remove the overlay with her own nails. I got frustrated and told her to stop the service and she just simply smiled and said “sorry”. Dirty way of removing nails, I’ve never seen this before. Would not recommend this place.

I hate their attitude I had the same woman for the second time. While she was doing my pedicure she sliced my left big toe with the Emory board. She apologized but the nicked my right big toe. She did my fill on my nails and when I went to check out, I had to ask for a bandage as my toe was still bleeding. The man there told me it was $80 for pedicure and fill. I told him NO. He says "She gave you a $5.00 discount because of the accident ". I told him it was unacceptable and I was not happy. He told me again it was an accident. I was getting angry and told him to run my damn card so I could get out before I caused a scene. He once again told me it was an accident. I replied it wasn't going to be an accident when I leave this review on Yelp. In all the years I've been getting pedicures, I've NEVER had anyone cut me to the point I bleed. I left there walking with a limp because it hurt. Truly not happy and I'll make sure everyone I know in the area to avoid going there. Also, both times I attempted to have a conversation with the woman who was working on me. She understood very little English and I understand no Vietnamese. It was truly sad as the employees appear to not speak English but talk quite a bit amongst themselves in their native language.

I recently had a 40$ pedicure from Cocoa that was as hurried as she could. Maybe 20 min! No heel scrub no leg massage no warm towels. Very dissatisfied! I told her all this a she was emphatic. I have been a customer 14 years!!!

This used to be one of my favorite pedicure places but I’ve had too many bad experiences to continue coming here.
This place gave my sister fungus on her feet. Thankfully she was able to cure it with otc ointment. It’s very unsanitary. Tools aren’t properly disinfected.
Also one of the male pedicuristas, will not cut your toe nails short even if you request that they be cut short. ??????

I go here every month and I use the same girl each time. She does a wonderful job, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I get a refill on my nails and a pedicure each time. Very friendly and I have never been disappointed.

Zero stars if possible! Extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable. I went in for a very basic shellac on natural nail, I could’ve had a 2 year old do it and it would’ve came out better. The light to cure the nail polish started to burn, she cut too much of my cuticles which made me bleed, very streaky polish and to top it off wrong color! I do not recommend coming here unless you want to waste your money.
