I went in today the girl was asking if she could help very nice girl my kid it’s a lot to handle and everyone there was being so nice and respectful the cashier atm and her really sweet

Horrible customer service . My nephew 19 took my son and his cousin both 15 to buy shoes . As soon as they went in the store they were asked if anyone was 21 if not they would not be allowed to shop. They were asked to leave and come back with someone 21 or older.We are never going back .This explains why this store is always empty . If I could I would give 0 stars .

Rude employees. We asked a worker nicely if they had a different pair because the one we wanted was dirty because it was the display and he smirked and said “yea and its on sale” and to take it as is because what we see on the floor is it. I’d get it if we were rude but no he was just condescending for no reason. They also approached us 3 times, looking at us like we would steal. At one point I sat to try on a shoe and left my wallet by my side for a bit and a worker came and asked me if the wallet was mine as if I was trying to steal MY OWN wallet. Horrible customer service!!
