0, finally got someone on the phone and they said that they have canceled the order on their end as of today. Hopefully, this did happen. Will update.Zero stars if I could. Placed an order with them through a 3rd party. Didn't hear from them for days, had to call them to check on the order. The person who answered the phone said they need a copy of my ID before they can ship my order off. When asked why they need a copy of my ID all I got was a "because management said they need it." Requested that they cancel the order cause I wasn't comfortable with that request, called the 3rd party and told them that I canceled the order. That was almost a month ago and they are still trying to charge me for an order I didn't receive because this company won't confirm that I canceled the order. Take your business elsewhere cause these people clearly do not care as long as they get your money.

This place was absolutely amazing to me. I had a bit of a conniption when I read some of these reviews and started thinking this company was a scam. They are not.Just as a point of feedback for you all: your emails are a little confusing. The second email that you get letting you know the order has been fulfilled specifically. What that email actually says is an item from your order has been shipped. When you get an email like that and there is no tracking number it can be a bit of a red flag. I would suggest, if you all have the ability, changing the wording of that specific email to more accurately reflect what is going on (“Your order has been accepted and is awaiting shipment” or something along those lines).I would absolutely do business with them again. And I apologize for being a difficult and needy customer. I have been scammed before and 600 is a lot for me. Anyway 5/5.

You want cash? Try the loans financial banks that have to offer. They’ll put it as you got something and they’ll give you cash. They charge though. It’s a win win situation

Great customer serviceFriendly & efficientThe rep who helped me definitely went above and beyond to make sure I got my item it’s a late present for son he completely turned his life and and has been wanting the item all year. so I really appreciate the help I received from simpletronics and their staff. Not only are they affordable, they care about their customers as well. Great place to shop.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!I was switching to iPhone from Android. I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max and an Apple watch. The website never updated the shipping information at all so it shows my order fulfilled right away even though it wasn't. I had to call and email several times and was given 4 total delivery days before receiving the phone. It took 2 weeks for the phone to be delivered and over a week for the watch. Then I needed to return the watch because it caused pain so I couldn't wear it. I was told I had 10 days to return the watch and that date had passed even though it took two weeks for my phone to come for me to be able to use the watch so I am out a lot of money even though I was within the 10 days for the phone delivery. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB if possible.
