The WORST MOBILE experience I’ve ever experienced! Do NOT get any of the phones!! Buyers beware! They make unauthorized deactivations once a phone is PAID off!! so that your bill skyrockets! And the customer service is unprofessional and disrespectful! The supervisors hang up on you when you speak facts and give them break down on billing! And their warranty policy is the WORST! Don’t buy or finance any phones it’s a TRAP! And the internet always goes out all the time and customer service is the worst!!! Don’t get spectrum!!!! You’ll regret it!

I had service with Spectrum in two separate times probably all together would add about 10 years and always the same reason for me to leave them high prices and very bad customer service in their stores (usless places), I wish that the effort that their new contracts and cancelations personnel uses to convince one to buy or not to cancel were the same all over the company specially in the Spectrum stores for now I had to leave Spectrum again. See you for now

Went to pay my bill 193.89 I give them 200 and they tell me I can't because they don't have change.
The employee laughing bad about other people asking why the bill went up. He is attending me and laughing like if he is making fun of me. Is just so sad and disrespectful ? ?

Very bad and rude Customer Service one of the female employees was very rude to my elderly mother, who needed help with her cell phone . My mom said she was having problems with her cell phone which she had just bought and she said “ that’s your problem” then looked at her coworkers and laughed! Very rude disrespectful person they have there as Customer Service If I could, I put zero stars. They need to train well their employees or hire people With more empathy Towards people, especially elderly!!!
