Spectrum ought to change their name to Outage cause you all have an outage every single month, I wanna even say every single week even. Makes working from home impossible. I can’t say the service is horrible when it works and they have some pretty good retention incentives. But I recently moved to an area that offers fiber so we’ll see how that goes. I’m through with Mr Outage here.

Horrible service and its horrible its 68 degrees outside and ac is under the 68 degrees inside. Outside it feels warmer than here. Maybe I will get sick due to coming here. Unbelievable how they do not have control or want control over temperature there are elderly people.

Horrible customer service, so slow. 6 people working the desks but only 2 people attending customers, the wait was over 15 people. I waited over an hour just to return equipment. This is why I switched to another company. Terrible experience, I would never recommend going into this store. It was a mistake.

0/10 stars!!! Do not go to this location, they only look to make sales. Kat garcia reeled me into a new promotion where she actually started a whole new account to which I got charged double because I already had an account! Went to speak to the manger to try to fix this situation and he basically backed her up. Trying to fix my account back has been a nightmare!! The customer service representatives don’t even know what they did!

I wish I could give a zero star 😤👎 BAD INTERNET ALWAYS OUT! People have to do work on their computers that can't be done because the internet is always out! I will change companies as soon as possible. You offering assistance to fix this problem but let me tell you. This is not just a one home problem is a hall city having the same problem your internet is always out and will time past by instead getting better this is getting worse because internet is out daily at different times. So if you really want to do something fix your service for everyone. I understand there times internet goes out but come on every single day that is ridiculous.

Yarder Ontivares this girl on Spectrum store on Chery Road have no professional Service
On the one 800 number Customer Service told me that the store will activate my equipment and these people they just don’t wanna do their job by telling you that you have to go on the app …. They should activate the equipment since you been verified by your driver license or ID and they still don’t want to do their job very unsatisfied with his service

This place is very unprofessional; they got attitude with customers; they do not attend to new customers or no welcoming when walking in the store… my first time ever walking in the store bc my wife had problems getting something so I had to come and take care of it. WiFi isn’t even that good to have to deal with people like that
