I never leave reviews but this last experience that I had was by far the worst. Perhaps there should be a zero ⭐ because most not all of there staffing are there just to stand around and keep their hands in pockets when you ask if they could speed up, management Osvaldo and Guadalupe just let their customer know that what you are experiencing is your opinion and they are working. Mind me asking for help and these two managers keep their hands still in their pockets and not do nothing what so ever any thing to speed it up.. I will look forward for change of customer service for next time .

Don't bother with their cable. They just lost (because Spectrum-Charter is too cheap) Freeform & Nat Geo Wild, FXM plus 5 other Disney brands. They weren't good to begin, frankly. Now, they just suck.

I live in Corpus Christi. This is August 1 2023. Why is the FOX NEWS CHANNEL the only channel with video problems? No other channel is having this problem! Two days now Fox has been receiving horizontal lines disturbing the picture. I recommend the Dish network and I will be moving to them.

Carlos was down to earth professional who didn't beat around the bush. He explained to me the prices and the upgrades, what I could get with all the offers and specials they have. He was well informative and easy to speak to. Was able to give me peace of mind on what the phone service I will be getting. I have been with the company I have since 2016 saw three different mergers and now because of Carlos good employee, well confident and understandings abilities of what I was needing and wanting in an affordable bundle package, I will have spectrum also as my mobile provider. Horrible same very slow service. Not even their sign in tablet works correctly, you have to press it multiple times for it to work.For them advertising high-speed and technology, their service is very slow and their equipment there doesn't even work properly. Waited for over 30 minutes just to return equipment.I would avoid going there unless it's absolutely necessary.

Pathetic company. They don't have store numbers listed. Power is out at multiple places. Their billing system is messed up so I Always have to go in to make my payments. I've had to travel to 4 stores from Weslaco to McAllen to find out they are closed. Having a phone number for each store is needed. Now I'm told to go to Harlingen. Sure thing. Waste $25 I. Gas to pay a bill in another city because y'alls system doesn't allow me to pay over the phone or on the site.

One year with the highest tier of service, every day slowdowns to one one hundredth of the speed advertised, constant unplugging and re plugging in modem and going on the app to reset service reset service reset service, finally the second tech coming in said "we're giving gig users an improved router these days let's see how it goes, i also adjusted some settings". No further issues. For one year my small business suffered. ???

The Mission store has friendly hard working people. Not like the one in San Juan they are slower then ? can't say bad words? and one fat short guy was super rude . No people skills need to be retained. But very happy with the mission store.
