Rented a unit and after a few months the rent went up unbeknownst to me; the day I went to pay, the front clerk claimed clients had been informed about this increase (false); I was wondering why the rate hike and then, Alas! they are expanding on the property next door, so guess who is forking the bill for the expansion? us!!! I didn't argue but knew that was going to be my last month; proceeded to vacate my unit and ciao!
I encourage everyone not to fall for this manipulation!!! there are better and more affordable, transparent, and honest storage units out there with front clerks that are not bipolar.
