Every time I come I see the managers to the side doing nothing but gossiping and the employees working their asses off while they do nothing. Last week, the manager named Valerie was being extremely rude to one of the employees for taking a little longer with her boxes and proceeded to go back to her corner to gossip and not do a thing. Management reflects the team and this woman should not be talking to her employees in such a way especially not in front of guests. Employees are always polite when I interact with them but every manager/leader I have talked to has always been in a terrible attitude.

Target’s own Online app says several products in stock in store. Arrive: NO Product. Order through the app which says they are available. Return hours later to pick up item and entire online system is down with unknown end time. Suggest I return the next day which happens to be XMAS EVE. LITERALLY THE BUSIEST SHOPPING DAY. It already took over an hour to arrive, park and leave DUE TO SO MUCH TRAFFIC.
Curbside pickup is NOT CONVENIENT at all.

For the most part everything was fine, except “closing” a self checkout and it magically being open after they said it was closed just to make someone go in line again because they can’t advertise right, not to mention this rude employee, mam yes all you need to do is download the app but you did not have to be rude about it :). I know it must be hard being there all day and dealing with costumers but they really need to get themselves in check.

Was trying to buy a bottle of wine, and the cashier in self checkout declined my purchase because my driver’s license is vertical, even though it clearly states I am over 21, and the license does not expire until 2028.
