I originally opened my business account in the Weslaco branch, immaculate service at that branch.Drive-through, female clerk 505, 05/14/2022 at 10:40 am. I arrived to deposit a check with a deposit slip. I asked for a withdrawal slip, this female clerk rolled her eyes. Every time I have an encounter with THIS female clerk, she always has a negative attitude. As she rolled her eyes at me, my daughter noticed as well, I did not say anything. I looked at her and smiled. She noticed I smiled and she pressed the button and asked “what”. I replied, “I’m just waiting on the withdrawal slip”. I tried to be patient for a while since it’s not everyday I need to go to the bank. I decided I want to close my account.I asked about closing my account, no hesitation was told I could do so on Tuesday since I had just cashed a check. They do not value their clients. I’ve spoken to the male manager a couple times for transactions and has also displayed bad attitude and condescending tone. It’s no wonder this branch has a 3.8 stars review rate. It’s unfortunate to have to encounter such sad and miserable employees at this location.

There's always Room for improvement Especially when it comes to communication and customer relations. I am pleased with the appearance and location of the Bank. Thankful I am at least able to be an Account Holder for such a Prestigious Bank. I hope this Information and feedback helps.
