You guys let a manager named Nataly work the store like that??? Girl was super rude for just a simple question I asked. She was on the phone with another customer, I politely waited for her to finished.. once she was finally done she looks at me and goes “What” I asked her “Could I please have someone give me a chicken from the cage” she responded back with “Well your gonna have to wait.” She proceeded to walk to the back rooms… the doors are wide open, I could see her giggling and chatting with two female associates in the back. On her way out she walked right by us and completely ignored us. She walked right by us like nothing and went to the register to talk to another female associate. It wasn’t until I found a male walking around who was actually KIND enough to help with the chickens my mother was asking for. Someone seriously needs to talk to that lady. The attitude she had and us being completely avoided was insane. Thats the manager you all have running that store?????

Awesome customer service...Brenda assisted us with all our questions on puppies. Explained various products which helped me understand better and even ask if we had the members rewards. We didn't, but we signed up. Really enjoyed the positive attitude, and great prices of various products at Tractor Supply in Mission. Also having wonderful employees like Brenda shows that you do have great customer service with professionalism!! Thank you

A lot of staff working. Definitely better than Harbor Freight down the road. Still nobody stops and helps you find anything. Going to Home Depot.

The hours of operations need to be accurate, we showed up at 5:57 and the gentleman at the door closed the door on us. We were 3ft away at the most and it wasn’t time yet. We also tried explaining that the app stated they’d be open until 8pm. We spent more time trying to get in than what it would’ve taken us to get the chainsaw gas we needed. This was upsetting because we choose TS over all others and we’ve been going for years!!

Ordered online got there to pick up only one of three items ready they canceled the other 2 had to walk over to get them myself and they they were rude. About it.

My mom comes there all the time and she gets a lot of supplies First time going with her and there was a young lady at the register that my mom said is new and that’s the first time somebody has asked if she needed help amazing job with the new hire The man who were working did not offer to help, even though we had two carts full of nine Big dog food And just continued watching my elderly mother and me, put it into the cart She said she doesn’t feel like asking for help because they always have a bad look on their face which I did get to see when another lady asked a worker for help to load something into her cart . But the new hire offered to help And she was so kind to customers

FIRST TIMER today. I was quite Impressed with the store! Took my doggy at 7:15 (5/30/24) to bathe since I heard they offer self wash station. And it was great! What completely ruined the experience, the Little Sassy manager, rushes over as we're checking out our items after the wash, comes right by us and in a loud angry tone tells one of the employees, "Someone's gotta wash the Dog Station, THEY LEFT IT DIRTY! ".... We were very respectful with the area, sanitized the station. Didn't leave a mess and took our own towel. Didnt leave the area watery. Blow dried our doggy very very well, so when she stepped out, she was completely dry..
It left me feeling flabbergasted and a bit in shock, not gonna lie..the cashier said, "oh, I forgot they close the stationary at 6" I responded, "yeah, she was very pissed about it" now the cashier was Very kind and informative
That lady went out of her way to make us feel uncomfortable ? very rude management, all our other encounters w other employees was delightful?.. so nonetheless, it was a bittersweet experience
