This is our very first storage rental and it was a quick and easy rental process. Took less than 5 minutes to get me leased. Byron explained to detail all fees and was clear on what I was being charged.

UPDATED IN REGARDS TO YOUR RESPONSE BACK, I DID INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER REP I DID NOT WANT INSURANCE AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME WITH OUT LETTING ME, I WAS NOT INFORMED I HAD TO TELL YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. PLEASE REVIEW MY INTIAL CONVERSATION PRIOR TO RENTING UNIT. I ONLY RENTED UNIT FOR 4 MONTHS, DUE TO NOT KNOWING IT HAD TO BE APPROVED YOUR MOVE OUT DATEPLEASE DO BETTER JOB AND INFORMING FUTURE CUSTOMERS, 4/18/24Very disappointed, first I was told it would only be rented month lease with no insurance needed, get my first statement originally was $112 turns out they charge me insurance anyways. Called back for a late fee, which they told me was because my due date was every1st of month, not how the service rep told me every 30 days, keep in mind it was in November 17 when I entered unit. And they charged me in December 1st. No security, they barely installed a gate required code, I didn’t see the unit before I got it. Made police report for broken in lock. Very dissatisfied. Do not use as a storage for your items look elsewhere.

These people never answer their phones. When you go in person, it's always locked, nobody there. Looks like they don't care about the business. I would feel skeptical to get a storage there for my stuff.

3 stars for pricing and location....but management is a bit dazed and confused, I did my reservation online (as most of everything now days) and I was leased a unit with a lock already on it. The next one offered had oil stains no one knew about till I refused the unit, so I assigned myself the one following it because it was clean. Then I get an FYI text telling me that one of the workers went and said my assigned unit WASN'T locked and that I was reading the doors incorrectly. So I sent pics of ALL THE LOCKED UNITS AND THEIR LOCKS, and received an oops my bad msg....glad you're ok with the one you chose ?Seems to me that THE EMPLOYEE WAS READING THE DOORS WRONG and NOT me...????The unit is near my residence and all in all so far I'm happy with it!
