I have never had an issue on deliveries but now the app says that there was a delivery attempt but no UPS truck has passed by and you call the possible store that it could have been taken and it looks like the phone is not working.

I strongly advise against using this location if you want your packages to arrive safely and untampered with. We shipped a package from here on February 10, 2025, and what we received on February 13, 2025, was completely unacceptable.
The package originally contained a brand new Nintendo Switch in its sealed box with all accessories. However, upon arrival, the original box was missing, the device was used, scratched, and non-functional, and it was wrapped in bubble wrap instead. Even worse, the controllers had been swapped out for off-brand replacements.
This is a clear case of package tampering, and it’s beyond frustrating. If you value your shipments and expect them to arrive as they were sent, I highly recommend avoiding this location.

I sent out some brand new electronic to my sister in Georgia and somehow the electronics were switched out for old ones 🤔🤔 I also sent a money order through there and they never received it . ! Someone should investigate this location !!

Sent a package to Canada and was getting notice that they would charge 220! Had to go through loops to be told to call the store I shipped from to correct this. But Kim was extremely helpful and resubmitted the correct information to customs and I'm very grateful for her. Thank you again Kim

Go at your own risk.
No greeting no hello…nothing to acknowledge your existence.
Staff at this location needs a customer service refresher course.
Customer service was horrible, the young lady who assisted on 11/5/2024 was very rude.
Keep in my mother is an older lady she had never used UPS, thus she did not know the process.
She wanted to make sure her package was well taken care of since it is high value product, but never demanded anything, or made any comments, just looking to see if it was closed properly.
As she drops it off the lady hands her a paper says “here” and gives no explanation.
My mother had to ask her what the paper was if it was a receipt? Or what was it the young lady simply says “yes”.
I understand they are busy but honestly reading other reviews I see they tend to do this with older folks…again not the best customer service.
If you have time drive a few more minutes, go to the Nolana location…or any other.
My suggestion-
Address- 2812 W Nolana Ave Ste 140 McAllen, Tx 78504, the staff there is the best of the best.
