If you have the option to go to a different post office , go!!!! They don’t check in daily. I dropped off packages at 8am and sure enough they didn’t check them in till the next day at night. Also one lady at the counter said if I have too many packages she can’t check them in and I have to use the drop box . But I told her no since they never check in and if I’m dropping off early , it’s only right that they scan them that day. I rather take the drive to a different post office.

Rita was not helpful at all. My package showed it had arrive but she said that it was in fact not there. I showed her proof and still said no. Now let’s see how long they take to give me my package

Where is management? My packages are being labeled insufficient address and returned. Thing is I receive other packages out of the same shipper with same delivery info. They left a - not able to deliver pick up at post office notice for a package 2" x 4" x 8 " way smaller than my mail box. At the same time they returned a package from the same shipper with the same delivery address. One they deliver they other they returned marked insufficient address??? When I arrive at post office there were more than ten people. All with lost packages, returned packages, some marked like mine. Then the service person has the audacity to ask me why didn't they deliver this package in your mail box, you tell me? One returned to post off the other returned to shipper??? To top it off the people behind the desk are the rudest people I`ve have ever dealt with at a post office. They way they spoke to customers unbelievable. Wheres management? Mission Post office is a disgrace to Real Postal workers.

These employees are rude to everyone! Even elderly people who seem to be lost at times with what they are doing. I only come here because it’s the closest one to me but I think now I’m willing to drive 25 minutes to not have to deal with rude employees like these.

The people who work there are so rude to the elderly. Being there I heard and saw them speaking horribley and disrespectfully to some of the people asking them for simple things like pens, or the correct papers to sign for packages.

I have never in my life dealt with such rudeness from employees, had questions about a package that shows was being delivered to us and then was sent to Reno, NV only to be lectured that I need to investigate who my packages are coming from and I need to be more aware about who is sending me packages and it’s absurd that we get multiple packages a week

Never fails. The mission post office continues to be the laziest most unmotivated group of individuals working in the federal government. They take the stereotype of not my job federal employee to the next level. Hopefully one day we privatize the mail system to get rid of people like this. Sitting there ringing the bell I can hear them talking about personal stuff, laughing carrying on a good time. Not working every time I would ring the bell or knock on the door. They will go quiet. Lazy lazy people.

I mailed a check from Enchanted Valley to a business in Penitas last Monday and it still has not arrived. This is ridiculous.
