Terrible pharmacy service. There is one nice person but everyone else is EXTREMELY rude. I kept going there because it’s the closest Walgreens to our house but recently switched the McAllen Walgreens on dove and I’m so glad we switched. The McAllen Walgreens is always nice and fast.

Employee was so rude for no reason other the wanting he to close earlier than store hours.
Old man with glasses said they closed 9, yet at 8:50 he was refusing service in the most rude attitude!
Very disappointing.

Walgreens has ruined my film in their dry lab and insisted that there were no exposures on the film. They refused to return the film or even reimburse me for the ruined film.

Review is for the pharmacy only. Horrible service they hardly answer the phone and if they do they give you an attitude instead of helping you, they tell you a long story about being short staffed and a bunch of excuses. Make life easier for you and just go to another Walgreens.

This store is useless, more than anything, the manager, if you ask for cubside, it's because you can't get off and they want you to get off because the manager wants to see you to check that you are the real you??? They take a long time and they come out saying that you have to get off, in that case I don't ask for cubsite and I'm going to get off to buy seriously, super poorly organized, it gave me a lot of anger and if the manager wants to check your identity, why doesn't HE COME OUT AND LOOK AT YOU, GREAT SERVICE ? ??????
