Went in today to open a bank account for my son and left without opening one.
I was assigned to Grabiela G. very rude,unwelcoming and unprofessional. She belittled me and didnt value my potential new business. When I asked to speak to Manager,she was very snotty. Pick better,WF, that welcome new business and accounts and dont underestimate new customers.

Today, February 28, I went to that location, I need euros for an upcoming trip, and a person who was there at the entrance told me that without an account I couldn't buy euros, he was able to take the opportunity to offer me that opportunity to open an account, but in fact I was the one who suggested that I open an account to get euros, and he told me if he has that option but it would take an hour, he could have been more friendly and competitive and exceeded my expectations, from my point of view he was haughty, self-centered and lacked professionalism in terms of to information and service, because in fact I approached him for information, I suggested opening an account to be able to make the purchase and in euros, since I didn't like his attitude or his treatment, I decided not to even open the account, I thought this is the attitude of the that they have just when they enter......this person is the first image of the bank that one has when entering and it was not the best, he has no customer service, nor professional, he needs a lot to be there at the entrance and to be the image of the bank that is the first thing one makes contact with ???? I had the intention of opening an account at that time to be able to buy euros but he did not help at all with information, nor did he try to help me, I needed to know that If I opened an account I could acquire euros no later than March 8th and he decided to tell me, well, he does have that option, but from the treatment and service that this person gave me, I said completely no, they lack a lot of training, courses to customer service, I understand that they are always trying to get you to open accounts at their bank but this person as an employee did not make the best effort to make me feel comfortable, confident with their institution, I will not return to that bank, and I will count it as a terrible experience

First, the online service is horrible. After being pass around 8 different times I finally had to go n in person to request a company creditcard. Then when I got the card the name was spelled wrong. I tried to call the branch and waited on line for 50 minutes and finally hung up.
