The layout is well thought out, and the staff are friendly and encouraging, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The gym has multiple indoor spaces catering to different workout styles, from chill sessions with softer music to intense workouts with loud music. Recently, improvements have been made, such as adding a sauna and recovery room, reflecting the owners' efforts to enhance the facility. Members appreciate the vibe and the staff's support, especially trainers who are approachable and encouraging. However, some downsides include less-than-clean bathrooms, often dirty and rusty outdoor equipment, and the absence of a pool or jacuzzi, which many feel would be a good addition. Despite these issues, Alphaland is seen as a vibrant and evolving fitness spot, with suggestions for further improvements expected in the future.
9-10 out of 10 in every conceivable gym related category. There are gyms with a better selection of equipment (extreme cases like Exile and Madhouse). There's gyms with a more esthetic/ premium feel (Fusion). But Alphaland checks all boxes. Without a doubt, top 10 in the world overall.

Honestly doesn’t get the hype. It’s basically just a bigger gym with a bunch of extra stuff I will probably never use. A lot of equipment was not working when I went and they look somewhat old. The studio was nice tho.
