While I have had considerable experience with customer service support, she truly took it to new heights. Horrible. They sent a customer to file his claim at our CELL PHONE REPAIR STORE, instead of helping him file his claim in the store. For the insurance that he pays for. Through AT&T. Thankfully someone at our store had AT&T in the past so he knew how to help him file a claim.
But I’m sure if he wanted to buy a new phone, they would’ve took their time to help him out. Right.

I went to find out information regarding the change in my bill on sunday 3/23 between11 and 11:30. I was the only customer an attendee sitting on the right side of the store said how can i help. After telling him i had questions regarding the change to my billing. He immediately change the subject saying your the guy that wouldnt give me change. I work two stores down at Five guys. It is our policy to not provide change without a purchase. More importantly i came to att for a service, but instead i was met with an unprofessional employee by the name of Anthony( black hair looks hispanic but who knows). Instead of asking for my account information he continued to bring up this event as if its we are a bank and its our responsibility to provide him with change. I was highly disgusted with his customer service. Although there were two other staff members neither stepped in to assist. Nor did they want to provide any information on how to file a complaint. I made a wasted trip to att just to be refused service and insulted. Anthony stated multiple times its not his problem and his bill is paid. Not his fault i cant afford my bill. Which made no sense because my bill is up to date and he never typed in my information. I would hope this is not who you want representing your company but if so quality of service has really gone downhill. Ive been a customer with att for over 15 years but it seems i may need to find a company who knows how to treat there customers. I would like to be contacted but with the service i doubt it will happen. So just leaving this here for future customers to know to avoid Anthony at all cost if he still works there.

Abdullah helped me out quickly and efficiently when I went into this store to trade-in my devices after recently switching to ATT.
After a 1/5 experience down the road and their customer service team being a nightmare to deal with on the phone this was a very welcome experience.
Thanks again to Abdullah and his care, efficiency, and knowledge taking the tradein for 2 lines in just mere minutes.
