Manager wouldn't honor advertised price and its not the first time. She didn't care it was false advertising and tried to blame the yonger guy helping me who was good. Wouldnt ring it up. Was there to get yet another O2 sensor as the first replacement wasnt working right.

The day after thanksgiving I called this location hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. Larry was super helpful and kind enough to help me with a bad battery terminal that I had been struggling with since the day before Thanksgiving. His act of kindness truly made a difference and for that I am very grateful. Thank you, Larry and AutoZone Team!

This gentleman Larry went above and beyond to make sure I could get my battery out & a new one in there - this is quite the feat because I had no idea my Ford would be this challenging.He and another customer we’re so patient and worked so hard in the heat to make sure my car was goodLarry & Tony are my heroes tysm

I usually buy on this store with excellent customer service, but today 10/21 7pm I couldnt read his name, but it was a black guy, he was very rude, He asked me if I was going to pay with cash or card, and because I was going to pay with card, he told me that I can use the self check out, that I didn’t know that I have the option because I think is something new here; but when I told him that I wantted to confirm if the item I was going to buy it was the correct one for my car, oh my god, big mistake, he started asking, rude tone, for my vehicle info but moving agresive the monitor of the computer, etc; thanks the hispanic guy helped me with it, I was going to leave the store without purchasing the item I needed it; If he doesn’t want to work on Saturday night, I’m sorry but it’s not my fault; I hope you hire better people to provide very good service to your custoemrs as before.

i was asking tranmission fluid for nissan, one of the sale person look at the screen and told me i only can purchase the fluids from the dealership. which is not correct. they need to hire more knowledgeble sale person. i need to stop going to this auto zone which used to my favored shop.

I can’t believe I have to put a star.I have always came here and had great customer service from everyone, until the other day. I guess they got new management recently. But I believe his name was Larry and he was the manager. He was so rude to me, I just had a question about a part that I needed and he disregarded it then continued to help another guest. It was like I never existed! I’m assuming he had a bad day, but If you had a bad day, why would you take it on a customer who had nothing to do with you. I just had a question and I was dismissed.I read up on the reviews hoping I’d get that same treatment. But they were a LIE. CHANGE YOUR MANAGEMENT BACK TO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES AND KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING.Count your days Larry. I hope more bad days come to you. And as a response from AutoZone, I will not give you guys a call until that man gets retrained and knows how to help guest with a positive attitude. Or better yet, he gets a new job at the dump like where he belongs. TRASH.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. It’s not the store itself, but the people in it and the great quality service they provide. Today store manager Larry (and team) assisted me for approx. an hour with a complex battery issue I had. The store wasn’t that busy at the time which allowed Them time to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did I walk away with a new battery but also a great deal of gratitude and respect for the auto zone team at store 4841. Thank you Larry. I’ll be a customer for life.

Horrible service.. employees have no knowledge of cars. Lazyyy and no interest to work.. find reasons to turn customers away if they have to work. Went for a batt test on sunday sep 10th. 2023 at noon.. came up with lame execuses so that they dont have to test.. i was going to buy a new batt but not any more.. lost a sale..
