Cedric was amazingly helpful with changing my headlight. I was facing an after dark trip from helping with the youth at church with only one headlight. I was crunched for time. Cedric had me ready to go in 10 minutes with the right bulb for my car and even replaced it for me which I could never have done. Thank you AutozZone for having the kind of place where this could happen and THANK YOU CEDRIC!!!

Today, I was leaving a restaurant and my car wouldn’t start. A good person gave me a ride to Auto Zone, because I thought it was my battery. I was hoping someone from there would drive me to my car and put in the new battery that I bought. But I wasn’t sure. When I got there, BRICE took me to my car and installed the new battery. It turned out that I had bigger issues with my car and it wasn’t just the battery. BRICE installed the battery and removed it when we saw that the battery wasn’t the problem. My hood hinges weren’t working, so my hood needed to be held open. BRICE was holding the hood up while trying things under the hood while I was in my car trying to crank it up. After so many attempts, it didn’t work. BRICE drove me back to the Auto Zone shop. He was a huge blessing to me this evening!! If you visit this shop, ask for BRICE! He’s amazing!!

Literally grabbed a tool, found out it wasn’t gonna fit and didn’t work as advertised. I go to return it (again didn’t even pull everything out grabbed the one connector I needed and it did not fit) I get told that I used the tool and I had been lying I was gone for five minutes and came right back with tool I had purchased most scan tools take 15 minutes just to get the codes.

Cedric was so helpful and has amazing customer service!
He not only tested my battery and helped me jump my truck, he then assisted me in finding a new battery as well as installed it for me. His kindness made my morning so much smoother than I expected it to be.
