I had a really great experience at this location. The lady's that work there are very nice and welcoming. They will help you in anyway they can to make sure you get a rental. They also have a lot of patience with you to get things done. I will continue to use this location. I highly recommend you use this location as well.

I had such a wonderful experience at Avis thanks to Trina and Christie! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. Both went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter this level of customer service, and I truly appreciate the kindness and care they showed. Avis is lucky to have such outstanding team members. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others!

I haven’t used them when I called to get quotes on rental. They had no specials and was kind of high so you have to check this place out for yourself. but still, the customer service was very good.

Horrible horrible place!!! Went on line to reserve a car for the day which said available, and i get to the place and the lady at the counter says no cars available now, come back in an hour. I came back and she said they only have a mini van. There was only one lady working the counter with about 8 customers waiting.
Please dont waste your time here!!!

The team at Avis in Missouri City saved us when we were in a bind on our last family vacation. We had a reservation with Enterprise for an extended Suburban, and we were stood up, yet again, with no vehicle (after driving 20 minutes to the location). I called Avis (in my backyard) while driving away from Enterprise, and had a vehicle secured before I even arrived. Not only did Avis price match Enterprise (even though we ended up with a more expensive vehicle), but this is the second time this has happened since COVID. I am so impressed with the customer service at AVIS; they always accommodate the specific needs of the customer. Thank you so much!

I prepaid for a vehicle but I wasn't going to make it before they closed.
I notified them that I would be in tomorrow to get a car.
I arrived at 930 AM and the owner nonchalantly said they didn't have a car for me.
I prepaid for the vehicle, called them to notify them because they close very early, and still they did nothing for me.
I paid $40 for Ubers and still have to find a rental car.

Outstanding Service at Avis on Missouri City Hwy 6!
I’ve rented from the Avis location on Missouri City Hwy 6 multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide top-notch service.
Trina and her team are fantastic professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The cars are consistently clean, and ready on time.
Highly recommend this Avis location for anyone looking for outstanding customer care.
