Ms Melanie Rivera first greeted us almost immediately upon our arrival, then patiently helped us to understand our issue and to resolve the issue by involving several of her colleagues. Although it took her quite some time, she was eventually able to get the issue fully resolved! It was a very pleasant experience??”

“Sean Johnson was very nice and helpful. He was patient and he took his time to explain everything to me. I applied for a refinance of my car loan for a lower rate. Although I am a member of 2 other credit unions, I told him that I did not want to go to another credit union when I was already at First Community. My credit was pretty good so I applied for a lower rate. He even showed me how to download and use the mobile app. He did not rush me and he was very professional.
