“April is absolutely amazing. I have honestly never had a better customer service experience at any other bank in my 37 years of banking history. Her genuine care and concern for my issue of account fraud was sincere and genuine. The lengths she went to comfort and console me while she quickly made progress on securing my funds was impeccable- I will always remember her calm and kind demeanor as well as her careful and efficient ability to act fast and help me through a trying time. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming and super helpful, but April is a rockstar. I will be banking with Brazos until I can no longer bank-”

“This is the closest Wells Fargo to me. I have been banking with them for my entire adult life. No matter where I move there is always one close by. I've used this particular location for deposits and withdrawals. But today I needed their notary service. It is free for people with accounts. They were able to notarize my documents quickly and easily.”

“We maintain both business and personal relationships with Richard and the team at the Regions Sienna location. This group has been phenomenal with service, personalization and structuring a banking relationship that fit our needs. I left CHASE bank in search of something more personal and less performative. As an emerging business owner I don't want to stress over deposits made or available resources. Huge thanks to the Regions Sienna Team for reintroducing me to traditional banking, where bankers get to know customers by name. I with confidence can call the branch and reach someone that knows my name and my banking relationship.”

“Just wanted to say thank you. This review is for Wells Fargo as a whole. My new debit card was lost in the mail and so I had to get a new card with a new number which is normally a hassle because I have auto payments set up with my debit card and have to inform all the auto payment recipients. Somehow, Wells Fargo has set it up to automatically inform the auto payment recipients of the new card info so I don't have to. This is another example of how Wells Fargo's computer systems make customer's transactions easier. You did it during COVID and you continue to do it now. Thank you so much Wells Fargo!!”

“Alhlam at Bank of America, 9935 Highway 6, TX 77545, provided truly exceptional service during my visit. She patiently and professionally assisted me with depositing nearly 50 checks along with cash into my non profit charity account, handling everything with remarkable efficiency, accuracy, and kindness. Despite the large number of transactions, she stayed calm, courteous, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, dedication, and warm attitude turned what could have been a time-consuming experience into a smooth and pleasant one. Alhlam went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly, and I sincerely appreciate her outstanding customer service. This Bank of America branch is fortunate to have such a hardworking and customer-focused professional.”
