I had a complicated account issue that required some assistance to have it resolved. Ms Melanie Rivera first greeted us almost immediately upon our arrival, then patiently helped us to understand our issue and to resolve the issue by involving several of her colleagues. Although it took her quite some time, she was eventually able to get the issue fully resolved! It was a very pleasant experience??”
“This is the closest Wells Fargo to me. I have been banking with them for my entire adult life. No matter where I move there is always one close by. I’ve used this particular location for deposits and withdrawals. But today I needed their notary service. It is free for people with accounts. They were able to notarize my documents quickly and easily.”
