“Been a customer for many years & the service has always been great in Mo City in Kroger as well as in Stafford WalMart. Kaneshia in the Kroger branch is extremely professional, fast, and efficient. She takes her job seriously and is truly management material! I despise the way they continuously switch the manager AND employees without reason or notice. It is most annoying. Saleem and Ms Anita in Stafford Walmart are also management material. They’ve been there forever while managers have come and gone I often wonder why not promote them. All three are more than capable! Instead, upper management just keep moving folks all over the area like musical chairs. Which is totally frustrating for the customers! Thank God for the few great ones we’ve got!!!!!Today in Kroger I had to wait long to be waited on. This branch doesn’t have a manager and it shows since they won’t promote Kaneshia!!!The hours online Are WRONG!”

“The first time that I met the Lake Colony team was when they were helping to support the Eldridge and Briar Forest location during this branch going through a self isolation of the Eldridge team. Immediately within my transactions I noticed their level of customer service. The financial relationship associates always have had a genuine desire to help make each interaction as pleasant as it can be. Not only are they consistent with their quality of service but they have put forth the best effort I have come across in keeping me accurately up to date with how to best maximize our relationship with Regions. Management has always been direct and honest with me when working through challenges that were created by no fault of her team or herself and has listened to each concern and taken a knowledgeable approach to helping me to resolve the concern. I have tried other branches and the bar from the level of service that the Lake Colony team has set, has not been matched by no other location, there are closer locations but the consistent service is worth the extra time. No bank is perfect nor are any of the team members that work within the institution, things are going to happen but I can say I have no doubt that with the support of the Lake Colony team my challenges will only be temporary.”

“I try to use the PNC app whenever I can, but for certain things (like name changes), you have to physically go into a branch. I'm always treated with great customer service when I need to go into this location, and I'm always leaving feeling taken care of and actually listened to. You can make an appointment if you need to see one of the bankers, and their system is very easy to use (all on a smartphone). Theresa is one of the nicest employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, and you will definitely be in good hands if she's helping you! Shah is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I will continue to go to this location for my personal and business checking needs!”

“I decided to make a change and open up a checking account here. When I arrived, they were busy with other customers, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes before I was greeted by Michelle. I absolutely enjoyed my visit! She explained everything in detail to me, including the different types of checking accounts, as well as savings. She even showed me how to operate the Wells Fargo app on my phone. Before leaving, we walked over to the ATM and she gave me great directions on how to do everything I needed to do there. Overall a wonderful experience, and I'm looking forward to banking with them from here on!”

“First of all to all the bad reviewers. You don’t need to go in to the bank for 99% of things you go in for. Use your mobile banking app or ATM. If you do, use the simple feature in the app to make an appointment. If this is to hard for you.......wait in the 4 person line for 10 minutes. If you don’t like the hours during the week then make an appointment for Saturday. If this doesn’t please you then you are the problem, not the bank. This staff has always treated me great, been friendly, and are always working as fast as possible. Thank you for the great service.”
