The young man greeted. Help with a smile. Walked me to products. One product was at a 2nd location. Greeted there, Pleasant there, also. Walked me to the products, also. Very amazing!!

I work for a dental office and I’ve been on hold over an hour after speaking to the pharmacist about calling in a new prescription. She took my call and and she never came back to the phone to finish the script, smh! I called the front store to see if someone can walk back there and see what’s going on and they said they couldn’t do anything but transfer me back to the pharmacy. Such great help!

The CVS store at the corner of Cartwright and 2234 in Missouri City has a new store manager and employees. Unbelievable difference! The new manager is awesome and the employees have improved customer service greatly. I stopped going to this location about 8 years ago due to the poor service by a pharmacist. I have not yet experienced the employees in pharmacy, hopefully, they have changed too. Thank you.

I was immediately greeted when entering the store. When asked what I was looking for, not only was I given the section, but the precise location of the item. After ringing the items up, he volunteered to check other stores to see who had the items and made sure I saw the rewards for purchase. I proceeded to this the location and purchased two more. I only had to add a few dollars. What great service and savings!!!

The pharmacist at this location whose name is Julie/ Judie is so rude and unkind. While picking up my medication due to me having extreme pain, she was very agitated and her attitude was very nasty while I was asking her questions about my medication being sure that it was safe to take. Not until I told her that she was being rude and unfriendly, her attitude changed. This was a horrible experience at this CVS. Pharmacist should be emphatic when dealing with customers especially pharmacy customers. You never know what customers are dealing with. CVS please consider customer relations training for this pharmacist. Her attitude is inexcusable!

Doctors are friendly, but the asian doctor’s technic in vaccine injections are horrible, we get multiple infections in other CVS and never feel any pain, but this doctor gave me three shots and all of them are really painful and I saw lots of blood in the bandage. She definitely needs some more training.

This pharmacy always have long wait times or run out of medication. I get an email saying my scripts have been filled then drive to the pharmacy wait in line 45 minutes for them to tell me drive around and get back in line because the script will take 15 minutes to fill. I added a coupon for my prescription and they tell me it’s $10 off instead of $35 flat fee as the coupon stated. Also, they gave me someone’s blood pressure medication and I don’t have blood pressure. The pharmacist was blind to the fact that is a lawsuit as I am with child. Take your services elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy in all of Houston long wait time when you call the pharmacy. I have never ever had a pharmacy ever in life have me to leave a voicemail and say they will call back in an hour. The line inside the store backed up drive-through backed up and moving very slow save yourself the headache and have your prescription sent elsewhere. Jesus will have returned before I get my hands on my much needed medication.

The CVS store located on Cartwright and Texas Parkway is clean and aisle are not clutter. I would like see more of the sale items placed on the shelf, because 2 or 3 items is not enough.

I visited CVS on Cartwright in Missouri City and founded everything I needed. The checkout process was easy and fast. There was no wait in line.

Pull up to the pharmacy drive thru and there is one person ahead of me and I pull up they closed the drive thru window I was trying to pick up a 7 year old asthma pump for her to breathe I thought a pharmacy would treat you better than that but I guess not
