This is a horrible location. We recently moved to the area and filling prescribers is hell. They ask for personal identifying information and discuss medications loudly without any regard for HIPAA. The end of the straw for me is their refusal for me, a board certified physician, to write an emergency script for omeprazole. Not Xanax, not aderall, not a controlled substance. Omeprazole, a medication that had been prescribed by my doc already. I guess that decision made them feel important. Another pharmacy it is!

My husband recently had surgery and needed a pain medication refilled. This pharmacy would not refill the prescription because it was one day before they felt the refill date should be even though the doctor called to authorize it. This was aggravating and my husband suffered in pain throughout the night. However, they did fill the prescription the next morning and had it ready first thing. I guess I can, on some level understand their point of view given the prescription was for a narcotic and the pharmacies are restricted by state regulations. But, I still feel they should have accepted the doctor's authorization. I'm giving them four stars because they prioritized his prescription the next morning once they felt they could fill it. Just glad it was only one day! Overall, service is good at this location and they do try to be helpful. This is our pharmacy of choice.

Slowest pharmacy ever! That's the review! I had one prescription. Thought when I finally got to the drive thru window, at least mine would be fast. I think they fill it when you get there. If there are three cars in front of you expect to be there at least a half hour to 45 minutes in the drive thru. Ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist Zahra Rahim wouldn't even accept my mom's pain medication prescription because she is getting ready to go home at 0645 pm when it clearly states they close at 0700 pm. And she won't give information about her supervisor. The public be advised if you are running late with the prescription stay away from this pharmacy and this rude pharmacist because she doesn’t have time for you.

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm not one to post reviews, neither positive nor negative. I feel compelled after experiencing the worst service at any retail establishment. Also I'm shocked with the condition of the store. I'd rather go anywhere but to this cvs...

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I have an awful experience, wait a year or so and try again. Always the same. No one moving with any urgency. 8 people working the pharmacy, but all moving really slowly. Closed the window at 1:26 for their 1:30 lunch in the middle of helping me and told me to comeback.

I'm soooo puzzled about the good reviews for this CVS. I have been going here for 25 years \\u0026 the only reason I still have to use them is that my kids' insurance requires CVS. All of that time, up to the present, their service has been consistently horrible. They have given me someone else's medication (after checking my address \\u0026 DOB!! yes! and then when I talked to the manager about it she defended her staff person instead of taking responsibility. A client you've just inconvenienced does not want to hear your excuses, people!), for many years they never answered the phone (and it still happens at times now), they sometimes have incompetent staff at the drivethrough and the way they have implemented drive-thru covid testing has made using the drive thru almost untenable, and one time I even had a manager of the pharmacy yell at me and tell me she didn't need me telling her how to do her job and she hung up on me. (I had asked her if she might be able to calculate a dosage in her head because I had been on hold for 32 minutes and she wanted to call me back and I was afraid she wouldn't. And I was polite. She was very rude.) I truly hate this store and once my kids are on their own I will never go there again. They are horrible. Unprofessional and incompetent.

Been a customer for decades. Zarah and Michelle are like daughters. They are very professional. Great suggestions when needed. I don't go anywhere else. My entire family loves them too!

I don't do much shopping at CVS, I find their prices exceptionally HIGH but when they have sales such as "buy one get one free", it makes shopping here worthwhile. Anyways, we stopped by this CVS on a whim while heading home. This isn't our usual CVS but our usual CVS is always out of the items we need so we stopped at a new-to-us location with our fingers crossed they'd have it. Unfortunately, that was a big fat no on that. Bonus stars on the lady that helped me tho- OMG! She was beyond friendly and helpful. Superb customer service despite them not having what I was looking for. We left empty handed but with a smile on our faces from the wonderful assistance.

My whole family has been using this CVS for years. Michelle is so friendly and helpful. The technicians usually recognize us and greet us by name. Our family doctor told us she has a patient who told her this is the best service pharmacy around and we said We know!
