I had a disappointing experience with the short lady at the front counter. We were trying to use a CVS gift card, but it kept showing an error when we swiped it. We asked her for help, but instead of assisting us or even making an attempt to troubleshoot the issue, she just kept repeating, “Swipe, swipe,” with no real support. It was frustrating, especially since it was a CVS gift card being used at CVS. A little effort or courtesy would have gone a long way. Poor customer service. Date happened: 04/07/2025

Great customer service team. Store is clean, however more options and inventory for beauty and make up.

I had a frustrating experience at this CVS tonight. There were only two employees working, and their lack of motivation and attention was disappointing. Honestly, it felt like no one was paying attention, and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone walked out with unpaid products without being noticed.
I came in to print an important document—my résumé—for an interview tomorrow. The printing kiosk wasn’t working, so I asked if I could email the document to them to print it directly. They declined and insisted I place the order online instead. I followed their instructions and placed the order for standard paper, but they printed it on photo paper.
This whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Their lack of help, knowledge, and care caused unnecessary stress on an already important task. I won’t be coming back here, Walgreens is where I shop.

One of the lamest rudest incompetent lazy unprofessional CVS.
This place is a joke and the management is most likely the laziest person at the store to allow this type of structure.

This location has the most unhelpful people that I've ever had to deal with, most unfriendly staff not all but most of them especially the older man that works the drive through.

Very disorganized. Only one time have we been able to go through the drive through with no issues. Every other time, EVERY, we have to come inside because of an issue. 3 times because they could “find” my insurance and once because they misplaced my prescription and had to look for 20 minutes. I’ll be using another CVS in the future.

Very very poor service. They told that the prescription was ready and when I came, one was not ready. They wanted me to come next day and it’s an antibiotic. When I question them they wanted me to wait for 15 to minutes. This was after standing in the carline for 20 minutes.
Another wait on the I. Person line for 25 minutes

Wrong place for getting your medicine they can’t read prescription the neighbor is very costly but bad place specially in the pharmacy. Look for other place to get your medication. The pharmacy employees are rude and no knowledge .

I agree with most of the reviews. Worst CVS I have ever gone to. I think I will start traveling to another location. Was at the location at 7:49 with a line of 6 cars in front of me. I decided since the line was so long to call and see if they would still be able to service those in line before 8pm. The phone system is a joke. I finally got to where I could leave a message which I did so it would be time-stamped. By the time I got to the window, the gentleman told me the pharmacy was closed and I needed to come back. Of course, I advised I was there at 7:49 and had a time-stamped text from CVS. At this point, he asked if it was a money transaction (I had my ID and credit card sticking out the window) to which I advised I did not know but I would be paying by card. He asked for my credentials, to look up the prescription, and then went over to the pharmacist. This is where it goes from bad to worse. She proceeded to TRY to chastise me as if I were a child. Nope! That's what we're NOT going to do. I politely cut her off, advised her of the situation and stated I would be going to another CVS in the future. We mutually agreed, I paid for my prescription and advised her not only was I there before 8pm but the lady behind me was too. She gave the prescription to the tech and walked off.
The one star is only because I couldn't go lower.

Their phone system is the WORST! I don’t know why they’re against flavoring my toddler’s steroid!!!! It’s one extra step that really helps a sick child to prevent him from throwing it up. This is the SECOND time they’ve done this. Now I have to drive back up there after waiting in line with my sick kids to get them to flavor it! It’s literally on the RX order from the doctor “please flavor with strawberry.” Now they won’t answer the phone either. Just exhausting.

Worst CVS ever. One pharmacist, named Patel, always forces us to download the CVS app whenever we pick up our orders. This is the first time we've experienced being pressured to download an app just to pick up our prescriptions. There are plenty of other pharmacies nearby we could go to. We're already paying for our medicines, then why is she acting like she owns the entire CVS?
CVS, please hire better employees.
