CVS on Sierra Parkway has very helpful staff. On my last visit the young man checking me out was very patient and willing to do a few price checks for me.

Just so sad that this CVS in Sienna!!. No standards, horrible service, clueless, I have not ever encountered this much issue each time for the same prescription for a YEAR!! How is that possible!??
Pharmacists & techs give different and inconsistent info each time I call and sadly all of it is wrong!! Staff/management training is needed ASAP!!!
Unfortunately, I can't put a negative rating on it or I would.

Tried to get a prescription transferred here was told it would take 2 days to transfer it. Which was no problem, I called in 2 days later to be told that I needed to download the app to see if it was ready and which I told them obviously there is an issue and I need to talk to someone.. so after she argued with me I needed the app I was finally told they didn’t have my prescription and never followed up with my doctor the entire two days.. so ended up not having my prescription because they didn’t do there job..
Then today my dad tried to go get a prescription and was told he needs a code to get his prescription and without the code he can’t and they aren’t taking phone calls anymore in the pharmacy…
This is peoples medical prescriptions!!! You literally are hurting people’s health by not doing your job!!! Won’t ever use CVS again.

Extremely rude pharmacist who ignores customers and only help customers of a certain type. I felt like I was invisible, and when I pointed it out, the pharmacist completely blew me off. Would not recommend this location.

I can definitely see why their rating is so bad. Terrible customer service. I will be moving my meds to HEB.

ALEENA IN THE PHARMACY WAS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was standing inline with 5-6 people behind me. Now I’m next inline. I was checking out and ALEENA PROCEEDS TO ASK ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE STANDING INLINE WHO COULD HEAR ….. SHE ASKS ME IF I WANTED TO FILL MY MEDICINES THAT ARE AVAILABLE AND BEGINS TO SAY OUT LOUD THE NAMES OF THE MEDICINES THAT I AM ON! IN FRONT OF EVERYONE STANDING IN LINE AND SOME GUY STANDING BESIDE ME AS WELL. WHAT IS IT OF THEIR DAMN BUSINESS WHAT MEDICATIONS I AM ON? I WAS SO EMBARRASSED AND SHOCKED! IS THIS NOW CVS TECHS ARE TRAINED? NO COMMON SENSE AS WELL! I CANT WAIT FOR THIS CALENDAR YEAR TO END SO I CAN SWITCH INSURANCE AND LEAVE CVS!

Came to the pharmacy to get a badly needed medication, we were assisted by the pharmacist, Brinda. She told us she would help us get the medication and to be patient. We were and she did. She helped us and other customers while dealing with an influx of people. The pharmacy appeared under staffed but she made things work for all of us. Great job Brinda!

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are correct. Pharmacist and techs are incompetent and lazy.
Update: pharmacist refuses to fill the Rx despite having the order AND receiving a call from our Pediatrician’s office. Then tells us to transfer our Rx. We do. But now they’re “too busy with immunizations” to transfer the Rx from their end to the new pharmacy who is ready and willing to fill the Rx, and then the pharmacy tech lies to me saying my new pharmacy said they’re too busy to call back. I correct her and tell her I am at the new pharmacy who also corrected their lies in an attempt to cover their laziness and incompetence. But now it can’t be filled at new pharmacy bc CVS (who originally said they didn’t receive the Rx and then can’t fill it) filed it with my insurance. Now I have to pay out of pocket bc of their INCOMPETENCE!
The head pharmacist at this CVS “Pharmacy” is unprofessional, unhelpful, and (blatantly) lazy. Our pediatrician sent over a prescription at 10:00AM. We call in the evening and she checked (obviously not filling it in the morning when it came through). First she said they didn’t receive it. Then after stating that it was sent over, she reluctantly (by her tone) says they have the order but it says it can’t be filled until 14 days later. I corrected her and said, “no, the order states to use Rx for 14 days.” She rudely says they’re about to close and call back tomorrow. We call back the next morning at 10:15 (they open at 10:00). She answers with an attitude and says they just opened. She checks and tells us to call our pediatrician back. We tell her we already called our pediatrician this morning and she said it was sent over yesterday morning with the Rx info to start yesterday (not 14 days later). After correcting her, she says we should use the cvs app going forward. In order to use the app we need a RX number which she has but won’t give so how can we use the app? Mind you we were polite during both conversations.

We went to this CVS in the evening, for getting our prescription meds, the pharmacists who came to counsel us on the medications was very very rude. She was asking us to pull up our mobile and install CVS app. It was as if not, she will not provide the medication. She Infact pulled up the pharmtech and started scolding her in front of us for not letting us know to install the CVS App. I want the CVS pharmacy manager to take a note of this and have this remediated. This kind of behavior cannot exist here. This is our wish to download or not.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This store is consistently operating bad. Specifically the pharmacy. They don’t keep promises on the time when your medication will be available. What’s worst is this is the second time they have “misplaced” my prescription order and have to wait additional time in the line. Bad!

Ive had a couple of quality issues with the pharmacy. They’re quick to respond without double checking.
1. One time I inquired if a popular medication was in stock and said no. When I asked if they can check another location, they quickly said its out everywhere and have been trying to get it for a while. They ended up checking if the pharmacy in front of Sienna had it and they did!
2. Another time my kids prescription was filled for the wrong kid. It was a first time prescription for my second child but not my first. The doctor who prescribed the medication never saw my first child so there was no way it could have been mixed up.
3. Lastly, there must be no quality checks because I was prescribed pain medication and there was no indication or warnings if exceeding a certain amount within 24hrs could be life threatening. My liver enzymes were through the roof and come to find out I was overdosing. I stopped and my levels went normal.

My experiences at this pharmacy location have been incredibly disappointing. They’ve repeatedly made mistakes with my prescription, and their customer service is severely lacking. Everyone in the “pharmacy dept.” that I’ve interacted with lack professionalism and are extremely rude. It’s sad but the negative reviews are very accurate!
