Commercial back doors must be open but 7/11 since to do not care about that because it’s always close

Back door locked to gas station. That's a fire hazard STATE LAW SAYS KEEP ALL DOORS UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS ITS 5:08 PM. I KNOW WHY THEY ARE DOING IT TO STOP THEFT WELL HIRE A COP OR HAVE PATROL

Well, obviously, no one cares enough to try and clean up this corner gas station. This is my 3rd Edit. I have now observed trailer trucks allowed to park along the corner section located near the stop light. This gas station location is going downhill fast. Dirty exterior, lucky if you catch a pump with print paper. Exxon, you need to do better. This is where we live, and we work hard to keep it clean and protected 🫤. And then we have this dirty thing on the corner. Clean it up. Pressure wash the overflow of waste of mud and dirt. Replenish the water. Refill the pump printer paper. It is not that difficult. Just care enough.

Went here today to get gas and air. Saw most of the service issues already mentioned in the other reviews. I also saw that the trash bin by the air pump was overflowing with trash. It smelled really bad and the wind wasn’t helping. The payment screen thing on the air pump beeped when I tapped my card on it but the payment screen showed blank. I pressed Air button, air didn’t come on. I went inside and asked cashier is the air machine working? She quickly and rudely said it’s a third-party and she has nothing to do with it and to call the phone number on the machine blah blah. I would’ve appreciated some professionalism. Not sure why she made it feel like a confrontation instead.
I went outside and tried my card again and payment screen still showed blank but this time the air came on (machine started making the loud noise) and air pump screen showed default setting 32 psi. so I started on the first tire and this is not my first time putting air into my tires but it is the first time the tire got more and more deflated as I put air supposedly in(?)to it. The number on the screen went from default 32psi to showing 7 then 6..?? I’ve used air pumps before and have successfully put air into all my tires before so I dont know what happened today with this machine. My tire deflated very quick as I held the air pump nozzle into it. My tire looked almost flat afterwards.
Called number on air machine for CSC and got automated voice, provided my info and issue and it ended the call. I still haven’t received a return call from CSC about this service issue. I ended up calling my roadside service. I had to reschedule my medical appointment even though I left early to get gas and air. This gave me a headache. Will try to avoid this gas station and maybe other Exxons too. I dont want to go through this experience again.

Half the pumps are always out of order. Going inside makes you smell like grease all day. Beverage coolers are often in need of restock.
You’re better off driving a mile up the road to the other gas station.

Runs out of gas, pump receipt printer paper runs out, empty hand sanitizer dispensers, no mobile payment option at the pumps, etc. The best thing about this gas station is the convenient location and that's about it. For a fairly new gas station in the area, this is unacceptable.

This location does not honor their posted drink deals. Sign says 2 for $4.50. Was charged $5.50 and clerk wouldn’t fix it or go back there to verify.

Worst management ever. Female cashiers are super rude and always talking to each other . This entire store needs some attention in all of its dept.
