I showed up last minute for a tire repair or something to help me get home as my tire just found a huge bolt in the middle of it. The guy was on the phone when I walked in and still acknowledged me and gave me a few options to help me. They were understaffed and busy due to it being graduation night. Still, I was greeted with a smile and they happily offered to put my spare on for me since they wouldn’t be able to accommodate me until Monday morning. They didn’t charge me a dime for this kind gesture, and they gave me amazing customer service even with the circumstances. They will be receiving my business from now on! Thank you guys so much, y’all really helped me out and able to get home safely!

This place is so slow. Pack a lunch, and some patience. It's so sad that the more technology increases, the slower humans think and act. Avoid This place if possibile. An hour and 18 minutes before they even pulled the car into the bay, mediocre at best...

Chris and his team are always efficient. He has a very popular business in a popular area, so I highly recommend making an appointment. I had one and was in and out right at 45 minutes. Great care and great service!

I scheduled an appointment and was told I would get a verification email for the appt. I never got the email and forgot to document the time of the appointment. I called the morning of to verify my appointment time. The first few times I called someone would answer, but place you directly on hold before I could even say anything. I held, only for an automated system to come on and say that they can’t take your call right now and hang up. In fear of missing my appointment I continued to call and was sent directly to hold. FINALLY a rude and aggressive voice answers the phone to say WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS NOT HELPING. WE ARE BUSY AND HAVE A LINE OUT THE DOOR. Even after his aggressive tone I stated that “sir I just need to confirm my appointment time”. His response was I DONT CARE. So since Firestone is obviously understaffed during peak times, and hasn’t invested in a call center to answer the phone for busy stores, I will gladly take my business on both my personal vehicle and my fleet business elsewhere!

I was informed that a wheel alignment could not be done without part needing replacement, went for a 2nd opinion and low and behold My alignment was done with no parts replaced.i have had a lifetime warranty on my vehicles for years.what ashame that they didn't want to put the effort to do the work.
