However, the store can be a bit chaotic and very crowded, and it is not exactly the most organized. Items are often scattered around, making it easy to miss things without a hunt. A significant drawback noted is an abundant lack of customer service, with shoppers sometimes unable to get simple questions answered. I looked a up a product that said five below had it. So i called to verify. When i got there and informed them i had called about the product they got it off the shelf and brought it to the register for me. Which was great because i was in a hurry. I just wished i caught her name so could have given her a shout out.
