I’ve come to this place for several times. All the hair stylists are very friendly and professional. This time I had Salma and Lina did my boys haircut. These ladies took time to shave, cut, and style the boys’ head. They constantly checked the length and style with them and asked about their opinions. And they taught them how to style it and what products to use. My boys were so satisfied with the new haircut. Thank you ladies❤️

This place deserves -10 stars. The lady with the multi colored hair ( Anetria ) was arrogant , messed up my hair pattern. Didn't trim the front line of my hair. I could have done a better job than her . I regret giving her a tip.
NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE
One of the worst experience I had in 30 years so far. Not sure this is a problem with Great clips. Last 2 times with Great clips in different parts of Houston has been a disappointment. They always hire people who are angry and doesn't enjoy their work?, just wondering.

We have been going here for years. My husband took my son to get his hair cut yesterday and the experience was not what we are accustomed to. He was so disappointed (and so am I), he did not get his hair cut. My son’s haircut is terrible. We won’t be returning.

Don't go here unless you're a white male. The lady complains She has arthritis so she can't touch black people's hair and the other people don't know what they're doing. It's extremely upsetting when the customers and barbers are the same color with similar hair textures. Teacher people how to do all types of hair. Terrible.

Hit or miss based on who cuts your hair.
Would be a massive improvement to have consistent stylists you could request. Not sure I’ll be back to this location

Good for online convenience and knowing how long it'll take. Nonetheless, I've shown the same stylist the style I was going for twice now, and both cuts over the past 4 months were different.
She's a polite lady who is funny and does her job cutting, but I've shown her a clear style of what I'd like twice now and she's got it wrong. The same lady both times over 4 months, I used the same photo, but the hairstyle was different both times. The stylist is doing what she felt the customer needed as oppsed to what they asked for.
I can't recommend this place for consistent haircuts that are longer style, scissor style, or for flip style haircuts. Add the higher prices and lack of detail to match hairstyling with the photos, and it's a recipe for some unhappy customers.
It's more of a place you'd go to for shorter styles. Unfortunately I've been disappointed twice now.
Admittedly they are great at greeting customers going in. If they can iron out their longer hairstyle customers, then it'll be a more well rounded experience.

I checked in on line which was quite easy. My hair was ultimately cut to my satisfaction. Had the operator read my profile prior to cutting my hair, she would have known my preferences. She was a very pleasant lady.

Online check in is convenient and all stylists at this location are friendly and good at what they do. You will frequently find coupons in local circulars as well!
