I frequently buy online for in-home delivery, but they often deliver 30 or 40 minutes earlier than the chosen time frame. I have added notes to the order not to be delivered before the time frame, yet they still are. What is the point of having a time frame if you do not adhere to it?

I shop at this HEB all the time. Unfortunately, I will not be using their bakery for cakes anymore. They ruined my daughter’s birthday cake. I ordered one from their catalog and they put the cake toppers on and boxed it. The topper went through the plastic and caused a big dent in the cake. The employees in the bakery did not offer a solution or seem apologetic. I went to customer service and asked for the store manager, who was very nice and provided me a discount. This was my first time to do a custom cake from heb and will be my last.

Called to complain about a rude cashier and a rude solicitor outside and my call got transferred a few times until I was hung up on. I only called because the behavior was outright rude and affecting the baggers job which affected my food. Then the solicitor outside had the audacity to be rude because we smiled and nodded instead of stopping to talk. HEB is going downhil fast I guess.

I swear this store purposely does not put all of the groceries in your cart. It has happened more times than I can count. After no choice but to bring my kids with me to grocery shop, the nerve of the grocery packer or cashier to NOT PAY ATTENTION while they are doing their job, and not put all of the groceries IN YOUR CART that you have paid for is UNACCEPTABLE!!! You must DO BETTER! People deserve to bring home the main ingredient they went to the store for! To make me drive back with my children AGAIN?!!! Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
