Chris from the Rosenberg Home Depot was truly a lifesaver. I went in needing information on how to epoxy my garage, and he literally took me through the whole process and made sure I had all the tools and supplies I needed. He took so much time walking from aisle to aisle making sure I had everything. Awesome job, Chris. Thanks for all your help.

Ordered a new grill to be delivered and they shipped a damaged floor model. They refuse to answer the phone to send an exchange. Be wary of buying online

Home Depot has a reputation of great prices, but not good customer service. I had to go there for paint and baseboards and I cringed at the thought of not getting the help I needed. I met Lilian in the paint department. She made the process so smooth! She needs a promotion to show the other staff how to service the customers. Lilian was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and attentive to my needs. She was absolutely amazing. Please give her a well deserved promotion! Now when I left paint, to go to lumber, I came back to reality of the bad service. Guys standing around with attitudes and don't want to help. Just sad. I ended up just going to Lowe's. But Lilian in paint department, thanks for exceptional service!

Good comparative prices. Dependent quality good customer service in store and on phone. Store associates are polite and ready to share their expertise.

I’ve never seen a forklift driver skidding tires like he was on a racetrack. He got visibly upset just because he had to unload the drywall I needed. That kind of attitude, combined with reckless driving, is a serious safety concern.

Agree with the other reviews. Very poor customer service. Manager in the plant department was very rude and condescending to us and his employee. The employee was running around helping multiple people and was great, but the manager definitely needs a course on how to speak to customers. Won’t be back, there’s so many other options to shop at.

I waited for the associate at Aisle 38 for almost 40 minutes, and they paged three times, but nobody showed up. I left the store without shopping. It's poor customer service. I should have gone to another store and done my shopping.

Waited 33 minutes in an empty store for someone to help me load my truck. The whole store is full of clerks with no construction knowledge or strength. They have to close an entire isle to take something down with a forklift due to their inexperience. Any of those pallets can be taken down safely in about 20 seconds but it takes these jokers 15 minutes. Go to Lowes where at least Some of the staff is trained.

If I can do O SATRS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD. The girls at the paint department should be trained to give us the information we are asking for. Very upset with the customer service. Went in about three weeks ago asked the girls at the paint department for exterior paint, specifically asked for outside paint for a project I am working on, while she was chatting it up with her gf there, as customers were waiting and I asked multiple times if I had to get a certain size can for it to be EXterior paint for an out side project she said no, even after I went and grabbed a cart because I thought I would need bigger heavy cans and she said no, asked me if I wanted sample sizes but never specified that sample sizes are not exterior paint. I really wished she would tell me that information since I have never worked with this kind of medium therefore asked multiple times if it would be outside paint and this young girl told me yes multiple times. Girl with long blonde braids. I go in days before my deadline to get one more color in a sample size and this older nicer woman at the counter tells me the sample sizes ARE NOT EXTERIOR. Worst news an artist can get. Project is due two days from now. SMDH. Please hire people who will be paying attention instead of kiki’ng with her gf. So upset. Zero stars.

I purchased 3 appliances for my mother. The price decreased online so I returned to the store for a price adjustment. I was informed that I had to cancel and reorder. I canceled the order in the same store, but reordered online. Over a week later, there is still a charge for 1 of the canceled appliances. I called the store multiple times-they hung up on me and never answered when I called back. Finally, Pat (very nice and helpful) answered and was able to assist. She informed me that the item was still pending a return to GE and this is why I still had a charge. I did not schedule a delivery date and what does the market not accepting an item have to do with a consumer that never received the product. I still need to call Home Depot resolution center if I don't see a refund in 24 hours. This is very inconvenient!!!

Visited home depot for a lawn mower today , the customer service was soo rude and unhelpful. The employee name is nicole , mam learn to have a good attitude towards customers, am not here to see you attitude. Home depot hire a serious management to get these people to do their job properly, Especially the customer service, they’re the worst

Being a pro having to deal with incompetent manager and staff directed by that manager is ridiculous wasted so much of my time because they don't know how to do there job correctly.. like I have work to do deadlines to meet as a contractor I don't have time to waste because of this or that like I needed to do a phone sale for some materials but there so worried they don't know who's on the other side of the phone they couldn't do the sale. I couldn't believe this I had to wait for them to come all the way down to home Depot just to purchase it in person this is ridiculous. Somebody needs to get them updated and with the program. My time is money home Depot already waste enough of my time with everything being locked up and taking for ever to get something unlocked then you have to wait and get escorted to the front with the item making you feel like they think your a thief or something for something im trying to purchase. Home Depot needs to get it together before they lose business of the contractors all together then no one will have a job there.
