Worst salon ever, Not very clean, and people dont even understand what we need, i asked for 50dollar pedicure, they didn't even give a minute foot massage and they are suppose to do stone massage too, nothing at all, even for manicure I paid 30 dollars and it was a total waste of money...Never will I ever go there..

I been here on multiple occasions and every time I received horrible service except my initial visit. On my first visit I was serviced by a young man and received a powder refill. He was great. I believe his name was Ryan/Bryan. Well the next time I went back he wasn’t there and they said he was off that day and can I be served by someone else. Hated the service. Went back for Ryan/Bryan, finally I was told he no longer worked there. So I was serviced by another person and hated it. Well months pass and my sister in law needed a quick fill in and I told her to go there because it’s close to our house and fairy inexpensive. Tom did her nails and to my surprise I liked them, this was Wednesday I went back to Tom Friday and didn’t like the service I received. All I wanted was solar acrylic and regular pink polish. The entire application was horrible. I believe the issues is I’m not willing to allow them to dictate what service I receive and how much money I spend. I go in with a budget I will not go over. My nails are always plain so no I’m not spending $100. Needles to say I will not be returning I gave more than enough times to prove themselves

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had.I don’t know the exact name of the lady who did my nails,maybe Moi or Kai—but she was completely unprofessional. I told her multiple times that it was hurting and asked her to shape the nails properly, but she barely responded and pretended to do something. My nails ended up looking like thick bricks—no shape at all and extremely bulky.On top of that, she kept chatting with others the entire time and completely ignored my discomfort. She was so rough that she cut four of my fingers! I left with pain and disappointment. The service was not only careless but also very unclean. I would never go back here again. Avoid this place at all costs.

All about money with this location. Customer service is poor! Only a hand few should be doing nails, very aggressive when you comment any dislikes about the service paid by you steady repeating its good friend, nah are you cool?

Tracy did my nails, and she did such an outstanding job!!! i literally love my nails so much!! she took her time and even gave me awesome suggestions!!! definitely call and ask for tracy to get the best nails!!! you can trust her with any design!

On separate occasions I have visited this nail shop sometimes good but most of the time not so good. These are the pics if my nails by two different techs both are horrible and cracked thr same day. Of course I go back for them to fix and they crack again. I'm so tired of spending my hard earned money and giving a tip for mediocre service.

Before I could sit down the technician let me know the shellac manicure would be thirty dollars. Then rushed through the service and gave me a pitiful hand massage. I won’t be back.

I absolutely recommend Jayla for manicure! We requested her last minute and she was available! Jayla added charms, did a design, and perfected the length. She’s super professional and did my request prefect.
If you need pedicure and eyebrows done request Nikki she’s amazing at what she does! If you have them as a duo, you’ll be set! The prices are extremely affordable.

Started going here but of course they can't never get my nails or feet done right. Found Kimberly but she rushed my nails I normally go to get nails for 30 this time it's 40 for the same type I always get. Had another lady do my pedicure. So definitely finding some place else. Prices for pedicure $25 min 15 extra for acrylic not bad nope extra extra for any little thing cut down 5 etc. Smh

My experience was HORRIBLE!!! Instead of them just taking their time they want to rush to do everything and with that one of the works spilled monomer and powder on my shoes. The combination didn’t come off and when I asked for a discount I’m thinking $10 they made a big deal (like my shoes aren’t ruined) and gave me $3 off… Outside of that my nails and toes are done horribly. Very bumpy. Won’t be going back. Shame on the workers for the treatment I received due to them trying to rush to do everything.
