One cashier, waited in line to cashier out over 45 minutes. I think Kohl's doesn't want to serve their in store customers.

The checkout employees are super nice but the checkout process is too slow. Every time I go into this Kohls the checkout line is long no matter how many checkout employees there are. They take too long and there are too many questions around discounts. Its annoying. Kohls does not make it easy and their discounts are confusing.
