Store would not return light fixture even though it was within the 90 day store policy. If you are buying light fixtures please just go Amazon. They have a great return policy.

I went to Lowes in Missouri City yesterday morning. All they have now is self checkout,which i refuse to do unless there is no other way. I'm scanning my item. Being a veteran I was doing what I have to do to get that. All the while a store employee was standing next to a fan playing with her cell phone. She never said a word or offered any help. Once I got checked out,while walking out the door. She said have a nice day, and back to her cell phone. If this is the kind of customer service,there are other stores I can go to,that does have employees that do offer to help. Lowe's you better take this as a warning. You arent to big to be put out of business

The staff and manager of this location have a horribe service I called and the lady who answered left me waiting for 30 minutes and later hanged up the phone i called again a man answered me in the background i could hear they were laughing and werent paying attention to the client when i talked to the manager who is a woman she did not apologize they are totally not professional with customer service this is why they only have 3 stars i would give this place zero stars.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. If you are a builder or renovating do not come here, they have no staff and current staff looks extremely lazy. Staff will walk opposite way not to help. I waited in the windows department for 20 minutes and called customer service at the front of building to send someone and they replied i will see if theres anyone… isnt this a store? Where people purchase things? This has happened several times, not coming back even though i live in riverstone. Go to sugarland lowes, staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and sugarland employees have an on going joke about how bad the Missouri city location is.

Call to check if toilet were available and they confirmed with me twice that they have it instock then whenever i drove hr to the store they said product were getting pull so they cannot sell. Manager of the store were not there to present and talk to customer, they tryna bring random manager from another department not plumber department to talk to me. Waste of time, super rude, unprofessional and i hope yall train ur employees especially in plumber department to actually dont be lazy and check product ability for customer so it wont waste customer time.

Angie at the paint department was extremely helpful and very nice after I told her about the worst customer service I had at Home Depot. She was able to provide me with very useful information of paint, specifically exterior paint. Very thankful Angie was there today to help me today! Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location.

This is probably my first one star review, but I must do it for the benefit of good customers all over.
Though the store itself is fine and clean, and store has reasonable quality and variety of products, this store’s checkout counters and customer service is horrible.
Broken self-checkout scanners with inexperienced and non knowledgeable checkout personnel (attendant) are enough to challenge the patience of a customer. Taking into account the poor knowledge and bad attitude of the customer service personnel, this store does not deserve more than one star. I mean where are you going to take your complaints when customer service itself is bad.

Update: After almost a month I have to change the one star to 5!!! Ryan the manager at Missouri City Lowe’s has helped me resolve my problem! I wanted to cry! That’s how stressful it has been!

I recently bought a new refrigerator from Lowe’s for 1k dollars! Hi-Sense to be exact! The freezer doesn’t freeze and the refrigerator doesn’t cool at the correct temperature. I keep getting the run around between Lowe’s and Hi Sense warranty. Calling back and forth and no one wants to give me a new frig! Like Lowe’s shouldn’t even be selling their product at this point! Why would I want repairs on a brand new $1,000 fridge! Be so for real! Don’t reccomend buying appliances from here because they say they have a 48hours return policy that I knew nothing about and Hi-Sense takes forever to get the problem solved. I am not a happy customer!!!!!
