The end of January 2024, I had to buy attic fans and was completely out of my depth. The store didn’t have what I was looking for in stock and for some reason our 30-yr old house had 3 of the fans.Al (Alfred) of the Missouri City, TX store walked by and then spent a great deal of time with me making sure the correct fans were ordered.In addition, I also had quite a few projects around the house needing to be done on a timeline and he made sure I knew where to go and what to buy in the store.Some days later the fans had not arrived by the date the system had indicated when purchased. I called the store and spoke with Al. He remembered me and checked into the situation. He was told the fans would be delivered within a couple days. They weren’t, but my electrician was coming out to install a couple days later. When the fans weren’t delivered the following day, Al found a store that had three and personally went and picked them up.Talk about great customer service!!! He made sure my timeline was met and went way above and beyond. He is a fantastic and knowledgeable employee and Lowe’s is fortunate to have him.

They refused to refund my money or exchange for store credit. I tried to return a defective product after 39 days. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. I will cut up my Lowe’s card asap

Came to install my dish washer, installed a already broken dish washer and left my hot water off for 2 weeks only to push back the dates that they were supposed to reinstall a new one. Complete trash service. Btw the workers never came back or gave a reason for their trash service.

Had to go back to the store twice to refund items off the same pick-up order. First time because they gave me the wrong size lumber and then afterwards the wrong size screws. The manager Ricky was incredibly unapologetic and rude. Didn’t take the time to try to understand the situation and started telling me a bunch of misleading statements such as they couldn’t get me an instore refund it would have to be sent by mail, etc. Would not recommend ever going to this Lowe’s location, especially not for curbside pick up. They will pick the wrong / lowest quality items and send you on your way.think I’ll be going to the big orange store across the street from now on

After price shopping other stores for a new washer and dryer, I decided on Lowe's. I wasn't surprised because they usually end up with the best price for best brands.However, after paying for them, I was told that the dryer was not in stock locally. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery.If it wasn't for Paige and her ability to assure me all would be ok, I probably would have canceled the order. Thank you Paige!

I came to this Lowes locations for the Door Buster Mini Kobalt Toolboxes. I was trying to purchase them online days before the sale and was unable to because it stated that it was in store only and that it was unavailable to purchase online. I was the first one in line and to walk into the store walk to the display to look for a pink one and a white one and they had none. I was surprised as I was the FIRST customer this morning to walk in. I asked an employee who looked it up and found that there should be three of the colors I was looking for in store however, a manager came by and said that that was wrong that people have been purchasing it online and that it just wasnt available. I tried explaining to the manager that you could not purchase this item online but he was insisting. I felt so dissapointed in the manager because I really do feel as if someone working in the store was setting these aside for them to purchase for themselves. I can understand colors are not guaranteed to be available HOWEVER, if this is a door buster deal I think that a few of each of the sale colors should be available for sale. Especially if I literally was the first customer of the morning to walk in. I have to work today after Thanksgiving and made an effort to specifically go to this store to get the one thing that I really wanted which was one pink box and one white box. But to find ZERO and have one employee confirm and show me that stock was saying three were showing in stock and to have a manager say that those were "purchased online" when it specifically said on the Lowes website UNAVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE. I feel like this was very deceptive. Also, that they did have available on display for the Doorbuster was a total of 20 of these items only mostly blue ones THAT WASNT EVEN ONE OF THE COLORS FOR THE SALE and maybe five or six black ones. Wow Lowes Missouri City I am so dissapointed.

I like Home Depot better. It doesn't matter where I go, people do dumb stuff so I might as well go to the places I don't like so it won't ruin the places I like. Customer's, custom ERs, and employees alike. Morons. All morons.

Lowes has better color option of paints than Homedepot however I won't be going back due to Patty the managers horrible customer service. I almost walked and didn't buy anything. No greeting, no smile, had to announce myself several times before being acknowledged.No other customers there but me.I showed her the color paint I wanted in Satin and she asked "what brand?" With her dry expression as if I'm a paint professional versed in paint brands.Didn't even explain how to read the paint chart she directed me to on the table. Just stood there with awkward silence. ?After 3 min of me struggling to read and figure out what brand would be best for my project she never inquired about she walked away and Leaned over the center island working on whatever was so important she couldn't acknowledge me in the first place.After I made a decision she disappeared for a while explaining nothing.After a few minutes I noticed she returned with her head bowed behind the counter.I asked if she found the color?Patty: yeah I'm mixing itI was nervous about the color and wanted to see it because she wasn't friendly I didn't dare ask.I attempted to make small talk about ideas I had for the paint. Patty did not engage.I walked down to self checkout it rang up 5.00 higher before taxes.I went back to paint station 50ft away and Patty: I Said that's the starting amountMe:what do you mean? How do you know what the final price is?Patty:the darker the paint the higher the price.Me: you didn't explain that to me.I walk back another 50ft to register where I left the paint and saw an employee that looked like he had a clue and explained what happened.He said if the numbers were the same he could adjust the price.No price adjustment was made for same product. After I walked BACK down 50ft to take a pic of it per his suggestion.I attempted to do the survey on the bottom of the recipt but the site doesn't take you to the survey so I needed up making an official complaint on her with customer service.I hope she quits so someone who would love that job can have it.I already had a long work day and painting is therapy for me and she ruined my shopping experience. ?I still want my discount.
