I had a very positive experience with Jamie. He helped me find the right mattress type and was very informative. The delivery of the two mattresses I purchased also was a very positive experience. I highly recommend the Missouri City Mattress Firm location on 1092 if you are looking for a new mattress.

I sleep like a baby on this mattress, the customer service was great! They helped me choose the best mattress for me because I have Fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, so my Mattress had to be just right for a good night's sleep without a lot of discomfort. Right on Mattress Firm, thumps up ? your store gets 5 stars!

We bought a mattress today with the help of Emery . Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Went above the call of duty to make sure we got what we wanted and even gave us friendly reminder tips on how to care for our mattress. Took time to explain differences on mattresses and what actually was in inventory which was at another location.Awesome customer service ! ?
